Wifi, DirectTv, Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, NFL Sunday Ticket, etc. Sonos audio system on TV, kitchen, deck and dock. Mini foosball table. Wood burning fireplace. Gas range, tankless water heater and water softener.
Life jackets, JBL wifi speaker, two adult kayaks, standup paddle boards, three kids kayaks, a paddle boat and a Lily Pad are included for your use.
