This 60’s holiday home, adjoining on one side, is 75m2 and has a 300m2 garden that overlooks the coastal path, along the Atlantic Ocean.
It consists of a living room - dining room with a sofa, a fireplace, and an adjoining equipped kitchen, the whole opens onto an outdoor terrace where you can have your meals.
At the back, a master bedroom and two other bedrooms that have direct openings to the garden. Two bathrooms and two toilets.

Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis stimmt nicht.Sauber, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Keine Heizung im Bad und in zwei Schlafzimmern. Kleidung , Bettwäsche, Handtücher -alles fühlt sich feucht und klamm an. Muffiger Geruch. Doppelhaus, Nachbarn beschweren sich über das unseren Hund, der ab und zu bellt, lassen aber bis spät in die Nacht den Fernseher laufen.Lage : Perfekt, mit direktem Strandzugang.Warum gibt es nur eine Bewertung des Objekts? Werden negative gelöscht?
