Appartement war um 17 Uhr noch nicht gesäubert. Auf Nachfrage bei der Vermieterin, wurde gesagt, dass viel zu tun ist und es bis 20 Uhr dauern kann. Als ich äußerte, dass der Check in für 14 Uhr abgemacht war und Appartements bis spätestens 16 Uhr bezugsfertig sein sollten, legte die Vermieterin einfach auf. Auch wurde vor Buchung der Reise nicht erwähnt, dass der Schlüssel von der Vermieterin vor Reiseantritt zugesendet wird und nachher wieder zurück gesendet werden muss. So hätte der Vormieter bzw ich als Nachmieter gleichzeitig Zugang zur Wohnung...Von mir für das Verhalten der Vermieterin nur drei Sterne.

Die Wohnung ist wie versprochen in einer guten Lage. Es gibt in der nähe einen Supermarkt und vor der Tür eine Grünfläche an der man sitzen kann. Unsere Tochter hat dort sehr gerne gespielt. Das Bett ist bequem. Auch wenn das Schlafzimmer klein ist, bekommt man noch ein Babybett mit rein, was man dann aber hochkant stellen muss damit man an den Schrank kommt. Das Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer (1 Raum hat eine gute Grösse). Es gibt außerdem im Keller eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die man für kleines Geld nutzen kann.Nun zu den Kritikpunkten: Die Wohnung heizt sich selbst bei moderaten Temperaturen extrem auf. Das Haus ist allgemein sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte mal ein Fresh Up. Der Inhalt der Küche wird nicht regelmäßig kontrolliert, da es einige defekte Sachen (Schere, Messer, Messbecher) gibt. Das Putzzeug wird in einem Schrank aufbewahrt und der Wischer ist wirklich ein Fall für den Müll. Wenn damit der Boden gewischt wird, dann lieber gar nicht. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung wird von Außenbereich und Garten gesprochen. Das ist der Bereich vor der Türe. Das ist aber öffentlich also etwas irreführend. Leider war die Wohnung auch nicht zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt fertig. Der Check-In muss ebenso eingehalten werden wie der Check-Out des Gastes. Was ich wirklich die absolute Krönung finde, ist, dass wir den Schlüssel vorher per Post bekommen haben und wieder zurücksenden mussten. Wir waren danach noch im Urlaub und das hat einfach genervt und ist nicht zeitgemäß.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Wetter spielte mit, sodass wir schon mal gut gelaunt waren. Wenige Meter bis zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Supermarkt fast vor der Haustür. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut und alles nötige war vorhanden! Die Lage ist ideal. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!

Nicht zufriedenstellend

Die Ferienwohnung war zum angebotenem Zeitpunkt nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten mehrfach telefonieren bis Jemand zur Reinigung kam. Die Reinigung erfolgte im schnell Verfahren und sah dem entsprechend aus. die Handtücher sahen schrecklich. Sehr alt und ein weißes Handtuch hatte gelbe Flecken. Die Fenbster wurden seid Monaten nnicht mehr geputzt. Im Schlafzimmer war ein Schrank mit einem Eimer und Wischer bestückt der mit Schimmel überseht war. Das im Schlafzimmer, SCHRECKLICH: Direkt vor der Wohnung war eine Baustelle, die uns nicht gemeldet wurde. Ausschlafen war nicht. Internet war nicht zuzgänglich. Nachdem ich die Vermieterin darüber informiert habe, ist Jemand ohne Ankündigung in die Wohnung gegangen als wir nicht da waren. Das ist unverschämt. Die Bilder im Internet stimmen nicht mit en Möbeln überein. Insgesamt kann ich nur die Lage als gut beurteilen. Das Objekt wäre bestimmt sehr schön, wenn es anständig geführt würde. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht!

Langes Wochenende Norderney

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein sehr bequemes Boxspringbett. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr nett eingerichtet.Leider stand in der Beschreibung, dass check-in um 12:30 Uhr wäre - in dem separaten Vertrag, der uns zusätzlich zugeschickt wurde, stand 16:00 Uhr, was uns leider nicht aufgefallen ist. Dementsprechend waren wir sehr erstaunt, als die Wohnung um 13:30 Uhr noch im Chaos stand.Das Bett im Schlafzimmer steht sehr ungünstig und verdeckt die halbe Zimmertür, so dass man immer ums Bett klettern, hangeln, laufen muss. Das Bettlaken war löchrig.Auf der Küchenzeile laufen einige Ameisen herum und die Bettcouch war behaart (evtl. Tierhaar).Das Sideboard im Essbereich müsste auch mal abgeputzt werden.Sorry aber 4 Frauen sehen halt so einiges...

Schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage in der Stadt auf Norderney kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ein Restaurant, ein Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle liegen fast direkt gegenüber.

Zentrale & gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen der Norderneyer Innenstadt. Sie ist groß genug für 4 Personen und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Der Reinigungsdienst war erst gegen 17 Uhr fertig dafür war sie dann aber sehr sauber. Die weiteren Eigentümer im Haus sind sehr sauber. Wir hatten daher einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Super schöner Urlaub

Meine 8 jährige Enkeltochter und ich 73 jährige Oma, haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Ausstattung. Alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Gute telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Anbieterin und Service. Wir hatten die Nummer fürs WLAN nicht gefunden. Alles geregelt. Ich würde mich immer wieder hier einmieten.
