Superb new-built house with an ocean view, the villa Fun and Sun offers a heated pool with waterfall on the corner of the terrace along with a great outdoor space that includes semi open kitchen with grill, covered terrace and a sundeck with lounging area.

The property is built on a single level only, the house consists of 2 masters bedrooms, one in a separated bungalow at the entrance and the second next to the living room across an ensuite small room that is equipped with convertible sofa (ideal for an extra child or teenager). The last bedroom is located in the same building.

This vacation home is suitable for holidays with family or friends. The convenient location at a walkable distance from the beach is a perk. Shops and restaurants are close by and Gustavia only 5 minutes’ drive away.
