Great location

Very short walk to the Gare D’Australitz train station. Easy to get around Paris with the train. Lots of food options near this location if you don’t feel like going too far. Possible to walk to many places as well.

The actual room was not as cute as it appears in the picture. It needs a fresh coat of paint. The walls were banged up, tiles in the tub were loose, the elevator button did not work from the forth floor. The neighbor was fine but it was a long walk to most places a tourist plans to visit (other than the garden, which was beautiful). O the positive, it was nice to have a kitchen, and I felt very safe.

Schöner Aufenthalt, gut gelegen, zwechmäßig eingerichtet

Es war ingesgamt ein schöner Aufenthalt und die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Sie liegt sehr gut und zentral beim Gare d'Austerlitz/Jardin des Plants und ist nicht weit von Metro und Bus entfernt. Wegen einer Doppelbuchung haben wir leider nicht das Appartement mit Blick nach draußen bekommen, was wir eigentlich gebucht hatten (Nr. 404), sondern eines mit Blick auf den Hinterhof (Nr. 301).
