Trip to Phienix to see The Eagles

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Weather wasn't so good so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but the hot tub was great. Everything was just as advertised regarding this property and would definitely stay here again

Very nice place, spacious with plenty of amenities. The real kicker was how clean it was. Most stays at most places in my experience with Vrbo are very clean, this place however perfectly spotless. Really something else.

Comfortable home to relax in

Great property and responsive, friendly property manager. A little distinct from most VRBOs as appears to be a mostly full-time home for a family and a part-time rental, but the house was absolutely immaculate and contributed to the comfort as the house was well equipped with many comfy places to chill. There was no hot tub present at the time, which was a bit of a disappointment as it was a key feature the kids were looking forward to, but that appeared to be a temporary deviation from the listing information as there was a gazebo-like area with electrical hookup for one. Definitely would return.

The house was very nice. The kitchen was huge and the counter beautiful! Hot tub was very big and plenty of room for 5 of us comfortably. Would have given 5 stars, but the information wasn't exactly forthcoming. While the details say 7 beds, there are only 4 actual beds. One very large (and very comfortable couch) in the living room that would have fit a person (if we needed), but the other couch located in the kitchen was "small", and again, located in the kitchen, not very private. And while the listing says sleeps 10, if you have more than 4 guests, you will be charged for each guest past those 4. The listing does state "charged for additional guests", but, in my other VRBO experiences, that means if you want additional guests over the max amount - this listing does not specify "charged for additional guests over quantity 4", which would have been better. The listing also does not explain that there are cameras on the premise, there are. Which is fine, we understand safety of property, but it would have been nice to be made aware prior to booking. The fans/lights in the house are all linked - meaning if 1 person likes the fan on "low", everyone's fan is on "low". If one person likes it on "high", everyone's is on "high", etc. And if you're an early riser or night owl, use the lamp in your room - because if 1 person turns their light on, all the lights turn on, and so forth. Again, it was a beautiful home, but the details could have been laid out clearer.

Absolutely awesome!

The property was even better than it appeared online. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and the manager was immediately on top of it and very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying there!
