Best family Mexico trip ever

This property was wonderful located if you are looking for a bit of Mexico and a bit of peace although you needed a car everything was close by. pools were great the people great and Benny at the swim up bar was a delight.

Great Oceanfront Condo

Our group had a great stay, the condo was clean, well appointed with all that we needed in the kitchen, extra bed and towel linens along with pool towels. The bi-fold doors opened up the entire window wall facing the ocean bringing in the sounds and breeze from the ocean, it was a bonus! Owners Diane and Randy were very helpful in introducing us to the area for local entertainment and restaurants' and were available if we needed anything during our stay. We would book this condo again.

Playa Grand Coco Beach

Overall complex very well maintained and beautiful. our unit had no laundry .. was broken) dishwasher that barely worked, middle washroom had septic smell whole weekthe sliding doors were broken and we we barely able to open and close.. also brokenDinah the rental agent was lovely but the unit needs work

This is Randy, manager. We apologies for any inconveniences during your 5-day stay with us. Regretfully we were unable to have maintenance repair the cloth washer before your departure. I did have maintenance check the dishwasher, but could find issues with its operation. All 5 sliding balcony doors in your unit have since been checked. They do require reasonable effort to open and close smoothly. The sliding storm windows are heavy and customized to withstand stiff beach winds and ocean storms. Nevertheless, I have requested maintenance to see if the open/close function can be made easier without compromising their intended design. We would be happy to have all four of you lady’s re-visit our facilities with a 25% discount. We also have assisted living units that may be more comfortable to your group. Thank you

The unit we had gotten was a three bedroom but a/c got damaged but the owner and manager took care of problem asap We had a good experience the area is clean, pools are great it is quiet only thing the beach not good for swimming but it is great for a walk sunset or sunrise there are also restaurants and stores close by so overall it’s great.
