Great location/ lacks a little love and care

We had some trouble from the beginning. The property owner was not available to give us our keys personally and the place where they were left was not at all helpful. Only after calling the owner several times did they hand over the Keyes. . Also it was a different apt from the one we had reserved. The owner had some previous guests lock the Keyes in the original apt as they left so we were situated in alternate one. So the new apt was in a great location and we enjoyed walking to many points of interest. We appreciate the fact Carole was able to find us another location on the fly but it needed a lot of tlc. It was not very clean and there was no a/c either. In fact for most of our stay we where dealing with a bedroom heater blaring out heat all night long. On our last night a technician finally came to deactivate it. Carole, was very helpful she recommended many places to eat and shop etc… We did enjoy our stay even with the protests and activities going on in the city.

José, Your rewiev is to hard, not nice. For one minut the man couln't find the key. In one minut after I've called, he could find it. Maybe you did not ask proprely. The second apt upscale,I' ve given to you for the same price, was double bigger than the first one you've booked ( with 2 bedrooms, dish washing machine). The apt was 5min walk from the first one on Champs Elysées.The maide said that you let an apt very dirty in comparason with others famillies.

Super Lage

Das Appartement war super Zentral direkt am Triumphbogen. Supermarkt und Metro um die Ecke, netter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kids in der Wohnung, mehr Leute wären evtl eng....aber das ist in Pariser Wohnungen glaube ich normal. Die Toilette ist eher was für schlanke Personen;) die Dusche war super!Preis Leistung top,alles um die Ecke, so konnten wir entspannt frühstücken und dann losziehen!

Un séjour inoubliable à Paris

Hôtesse gentille,toujours disponible et aidant. Petit appartement bien équipé, propre et bien entretenu, confortable pour 4 personnes. Emplacement fantastique, pas plus de 5 min de l'Arc de Triomphe, des Champs-Elysées, du métro, on peut aller à pied du Louvre, de la Tour Eiffel, du Grand Palais, etc. Je le recommande fortement.

Hello, the convertible bed rapido in the living room is New with the best memory form matress. Perfection for 2 adults. Also the bed room have a Queen size matress for 2adultes. The apt is rented for 4 adultes and 2 children max. The second convertible bed come from Ritz hôtel palace. This convertible bed is more classical and perfect for children. You can't save money in renting an apt not apropriate for you. Best.

Posizione ottima, metro vicinissima e presenza di numerosi servizi nella zona. Appartamento al quinto piano senza ascensore, per noi è stato sufficientemente comodo seppur con arredi più funzionali potrebbe essere di molto migliorato. La host molto disponibile e tempestiva nel prendere in carico eventuali richieste o rispondere ai nostri dubbi. Unico neo, a nostro parere, l'aspetto della pulizia e dell'igiene complessivo. Comunque, per il rapporto qualità-prezzo e per la posizione eccellente lo consiglierei e ci tornerei volentieri.

Hello, Everybody says that the apt is very fonctional. You have everything you need. I don't understand what do you need. Many fournitures belong to the Ritz hôtel palace on the top of modern équipement. This is the DNA of this french classical apt. For one month only, last june, I had a maide not perfect. I have a new cleaning compagny like before. Prices for a meter square apt on Champs Elysées, Arc de triomphe is the highest in Paris. I have an other 2 beds room apt on Champs Elysées, with a higher renting price. Contact me if you need it. Best.

tolle Lage und bequemes Apartment

Apartment liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Triumphbogen die Metro und die Champs-Élysées ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen super tollen aufenthalt und in der Wohnung sind alle nötigen Sachen.

Fantastic Location! Un coin ideal pour un sejour en famille!

Cute little apartment, small but great for 3 to 4 persons. The location is SO perfect! A couple of blocks from the Arc de Triumph, metro, grocery store, and restaurants literally feet away! Quiet and functional, the beds are comfortable, and everything works well. The owner Carole was very responsive and friendly. We loved it. Highly recommended! Situe proche de tout! L'Arc de Triumph a une centaine de metres, ainsi que le metro, un grand magasin d'alimentation et autre, des restaurants, pharmacies, shopping! L'appartement est petit mais suffisant pour 3 a 4 personnes et tout marche bien. Les lits sont comfortables et la rue est calme pour un sommeil de bebe :-) Carole, la proprietaire etait charmante et avenante. Nous avons passe un super sejour!

Super Lage

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral am Arc de Triumph. Man erreicht die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder schnell mit der Metro. Wir waren zu 4. in der Wohnung. Es war ausreichend Platz und alles sauber. Vor allem das Bad war sehr angenehm, alle Schlafplätze waren gut, die Küche ist mit Geschirr usw. eingerichtet. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, so dass man zum Frühstück immer frisch einkaufen kann. Wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass ein Stellplatz zu dem Appartement gehört. Allerdings gibt es hier nur öffentliche Parkhäuser. Tagesgebühr liegt bei 39 Euro.

You found a free parking on the street in the 16th, not far from the appartement,following my recommandations. You don t need to pay a parking. Also I am very happy you could have à fresh breakfast with the close market from the apt. You and your familly are very welcome again.
