After many over night stays and preferences beyond the typical hotel, this one wins. The most relaxing in all ways.

Thank you for the review it is greatly appreciated. We strive to make everyone's stay the best it can be. We hope to have you book with us again in the future.
Nice house, very quiet, very clean, plenty of parking. Single story so easily accessible for those not able to climb stairs. Adequate Wifi, had decent cell phone reception in the house. Even though it rained a lot while there, we were able to sit out on covered back porch and enjoy the view.
My wife and I were celebrating our 20th Anniversary and picked a perfect place to relax. Our first trip since Feb 2020. We walked trails at nearby Clifty Falls State Park and enjoyed the Riverwalk and downtown Madison. At night we relaxed around the fire pit and watched the river and barges flow by. The house was VERY clean spotless. Everything provided, like plates, utensils and towels were above average. A+ all around
Wanted to relax and the view of the Ohio from one bend to another was better than expected. The oversized and heavy built overhang was where we spent 95% of our time and had a view of river from entire patio. It kept us dry during a first night 5 hour rain, so was perfect for that.
Cool breeze was nice during day, and brought sweatshirts out at night. There was also beach access down stairs via a path that needs cleaned up a bit, that was a plus.
Very clean with couple pots and pans and even some salt/pepper, pam and spices.
It is someplace we would go again to relax.
Drawback- firepit is not in a usable place really. Security deposit a little high, but insurance available.
Owners communicated promptly on a heater issue, it's a mini-spilt.
Beds were comfortable and overall a positive experience.
Everything was wonderful from the booking process, check-in, stay, and accuracy of description. This place was just the perfect weekend getaway. Had everything you could ask for and was really close to the river. Just beautiful!
We absolutely loved this house! It's was the perfect size for us. Sitting on the back patio in at any time of day was so peaceful. Close enough to town to enjoy downtown Madison. We were able to enjoy ice cream every evening at Sallie's and then return for much needed relaxation.
Will definitely consider this property for our next getaway.
The house was spacious and immaculate. The view from the patio was spectacular and the neighborhood very peaceful. Had a slight glitch upon arrival and Ashley was on it immediately and had the issue solved within an hour.
My wife and I had not been able to go anywhere since the pandemic hit and this trip was just what the doctor ordered as we had a wonderful, peaceful and quite week away from everything.
Thank you
We loved this property: clean, new appliances, kitchen well equipped, river access for walking, with a fabulous relaxing view from the covered patio of the river and the boats passing. Comfortable beds, Strong hot shower, and ... did I already say CLEAN? Cleaner than many I've experienced. We loved, ages 4 to 69. We'll be back.
Great property, very clean. Right down from Madison's downtown area. Back deck had a great veiw of the river. Very relaxing.
