on arrive déjà dans une ruelle pas éclairée la nuit,, dans une cour en chantier, on récupÚre une clé 1er étage une serrure qui demande a avoir des vise pour tenir, toute petite piÚces dont aucune des photos en ligne sur l'annonce ne correspond, sans télé, un accés a une terrasse mais il ne faut pas faire plus de 1.20m car sinon on ne passe pas sous le volet qui est casser, monter ou descente impossible, quelques locataires supplémentaires des fourmis en outre s'invitent passant dans les joints de la salle de bain...bref idéal surement pour d'autres mais pas pour ma part...

Appartement non fini et a Ă©quiper correctement

L’appartement est plutĂŽt agrĂ©able, enfin il pourrait si dans un premier temps il Ă©tait Ă©quipĂ© correctement : torchon, balai, tapis de douche, manique (et oui il y a un four), table d’intĂ©rieur convenable (et oui sans balai et avec une table avec trou on en met partout). Comme Ă©voquĂ©, il y a une terrasse qui donne sur une piscine en travaux (assez dangereux par les barres en fer Ă  la verticale), il n’y a qu’une table pour l’extĂ©rieur et l’intĂ©rieur, et avec ce beau temps il Ă©tait regrettable que tous les mitigeurs ne font de l’eau froide qu’à leur grĂ© (ou jamais). Bref cela pourrait ĂȘtre bien mais ce n’est pas franchement le cas. MalgrĂ© tout, la procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ© et la localisation sont irrĂ©prochables mais l’appartement n’est clairement meublĂ© / Ă©quipĂ© pour y sĂ©journer.

The address entered is not accurate

I would give one star instead of three, the reason is that the address is wrong, it is marked on the website that the location is southwest of the city when in reality it is South, also it is written that the Gare d'Aix en Provence is 7 minutes away when in reality it is 18 minutes away. I also inquired about the wi-fi (needed for my work) to get a yes as an answer but the reality was that the wi-fi speed was very weak with a speed below 3.0 mbps. The reason I'm giving three stars is because even if the homeowner does not have a sense of customer service he seems interested in improving.

Nous n’avons pas sĂ©journĂ© dans les lieux en vu de l’inondation ( 4 cm d’eau sur toute la surface de la partie basse du studio ) Aucun Ă©change avec le propriĂ©taire sauf le jour de l’entrĂ© dans les lieux. Une fois les dĂ©gĂąts constatĂ©s nous avons appeler ce dernier pour lui faire part de notre mĂ©contentement sachant qu’il Ă©tait absent pour l’entrĂ© dans le studio. J’attends toujours un remboursement.
