Disconnection guaranteed!

We welcome you to La Villa Leostic to offer you an exceptional sea view just a few meters from the sandy beach. The entrance of the house offers a large protected parking for your boat and a car-port to park two cars.

The house is 140 m2 with a southern garden of 1000 m2. The first floor consists of a large living and dining room with a double bedroom and private shower room. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms with a bathroom. The first floor has an extension and a panoramic sea view terrace with garden offering direct access to the beach. The entrance to the property is protected by a gate that opens onto a large parking area with a car port for 2 cars. The parking lot allows the storage of a boat or several jet-skis.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you will find all your usual shops in the village of Crozon only a few kilometers away.

We made the choice of total disconnection, no internet box, no wifi, no telecommuting, to allow you to take a real break for a week. You will always be able to use the 4G in case of need.

Your reservation includes bed linen, towels, cleaning, a free electricity package of 10kWh per day and a deposit of 400€ managed by Homeaway. Beyond 10kWh per day, electricity will be charged at the current rate.

Summer Holidays 2024

The house is beautifully situated with a breathtaking view and many outdoor activities nearby. Unfortunately, the weather put a crimp in our plans this year. But it wasn't our first time in the Bretagne and we know that there is also nice weather, sometimes 4 seasons in one day :) The landlords Anne and Pierre-Yves are very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend the house to anyone looking for peace and relaxation in a beautiful area.

Vue mer extraordinaire, au calme.

Maison spacieuse, propre et bien équipée, agencée pour profiter de la vue sur mer à toute heure. Très calme, au sein d'un agréable jardin. Accueil très sympathique de Anne et Pierre Yves. Conseils et réponses rapides. Localisation permettant de profiter des magnifiques sentiers côtiers de la presqu'île de Crozon et de pratiquer facilement des activités nautiques : kayak, voile... dans la baie de Morgat.

Traumhäuschen zum Erholen

Wir fanden das Haus und die Umgebung besser als wie wir anhand der Bilder es erwartet haben. Der Garten und der Ausblick sind einmalig. Ein kleines Strändchen gleich um die Ecke, eine großer Traumstrand keine halbe Stunde Fußmarsch. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern oder zwei Pärchen. Für wie angegeben 8 Erwachsene finden wir es doch etwas zu knapp bemessen. Das Duschen im Bad im oberen Stockwerk gestaltet sich schwierig, Denn es gibt nur eine Badewanne mit kurzem Duschschlauch ! Das ist aber auch das einzige Manko. Der Blick, den man auch von von fast überall im Hause hat, übertrifft wie gesagt alles. Wer entspannte Ferien möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Maison fonctionnelle et avec du charme, idéalement située dans une impasse, le long du sentier côtier. Un des plus beaux endroits de la presqu’île de Crozon!

Maison avec vue sur mer

Maison au calme dans une impasse. Vue exceptionnelle imprenable. Beau jardin entretenu clôturé. Comme déjà évoqué, équipements fonctionnels mais non luxueux (pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de wifi, 4G aléatoire, pas de meuble de rangement dans 2 des 4 chambres). Maison qui nécessiterait quelques rafraîchissements et une amélioration du confort. A noter beaucoup de recommandations à respecter (par exemple chiens autorisés que dans la pièce principale).

Bonjour Pascal, nous vous remercions pour vos conseils et nous ne manquerons pas d'en tenir compte. Nous sommes désolés pour le lave-vaisselle. Nous avons préféré vous dédommager de 400€, le montant d'un lave-vaisselle de bonne qualité, plutôt que d'en installer un de manière improvisée. En effet, nous devons entreprendre prochainement une nouvelle rénovation de la cuisine et des chambres et cet équipement pourra alors trouver toute sa place. Nous avons, pour le moment, fait le choix de ne pas installer la Wifi et proposer aux vacanciers une véritable déconnexion pendant leur séjour. Nous envisageons d'offrir une box internet mobile aux vacanciers qui auraient besoin de la connexion internet pour le télétravail. Nous aimons les animaux mais ne pouvons pas, pour des questions d'hygiène, accepter qu'ils viennent dans les chambres. En espérant vous revoir très bientôt. Anne et Pierre-Yves

Très bon séjour à Crozon

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison avec une vue incroyable. Tout était parfait, l'accueil des propriétaires, la maison, et en prime le soleil ! La maison est très bien située, au calme avec le chant des vagues et des oiseaux. Le jardin est bien clôturé, c'était parfait pour notre chienne. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons

Traumhafte Lage für Urlaub mit Hund

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße (Feldweg, sicher nichts für Sportwagen). Der Ausblick aus dem Wintergarten war bei jedem Wetter für uns Urlaub pur. Besonders an schlechten Tagen wollte jeder auf der Couch am Fenster liegen. Man kann die Brandung Tag und Nacht hören, ist aber nicht störend. Durch den umzäunten Garten kommt man auf den Wanderweg GR34 und von dort schnell an einen kleinen Strand an dem wir mit unseren Kindern & Hunden oft alleine waren. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist Funktional aber kein Luxus. In Crozon findest man alles was man brauch und einiges mehr. Wir sprechen alle nicht wirklich Französisch, sind aber mit Händen und Füßen, sowie Englisch sehr gut zurecht gekommen. Alles in allem, wir kommen wieder.
