This 2 bed 2 bath condo is able to offer a nice spacious setup for your next relaxing island getaway, without having to deal with those beachfront prices! Arrive and depart with ease thanks to our convenient building elevator and complimentary luggage cart, for a truly relaxed vacation. Just 3 to 4 blocks north of Seaview is Mission Plaza, offering numerous fine dining restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop, and shops! Directly across the street take in a beautiful Marco Island sunset from the Sunset Grille located at the Apollo.

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of America in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

Location couldn’t have been better!

The location of this condo was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach and back. The condo itself was nice but might need a good floor cleaning as our feet were consistently black from the floor. The pool area was really nice and using the grill down by the pool was nice. The pool water was perfect temperature every time. Grounds were very well maintained and parking was easy. Overall we were satisfied and would consider coming back to this unit in the future. Thank you!

However, the bathroom sinks were clogged, light fixtures in dining room and kitchen were not working and the floor was not very clean upon arrival. Also, towels and sheets could use an update.

Minor suggestions

First, it would be nice if you provided a dishwashing sponge. I could find only one dish rag and there was only a couple of dishwashing tabs. I didn't want to buy tabs because I typically hand wash anyway. Secondly, the smaller bedroom could use some room darkening curtains. The blinds don't work well and the morning sunlight coming into that room is too much. Everything else was fine and as expected.

The location could not have been better. It is across the street from the entrance to the South Beach walkway. 5 min walk to the water. The condo itself was very dated and probably has not been upgraded since the 90's. But for the price point it was acceptable and the location makes up for the dated accommodations.
