This unit has been recently updated and includes amenities such as: updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, contemporary décor and flooring, a spacious lanai. The Master Suite has a comfortable queen-size, pillow-top mattress, as well as a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The guest / second bedroom has two twin beds and another bathroom right outside the door. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room that allows the unit to sleep 6 comfortably. Per condo association rules, the unit can accommodate a maximum of six people. There are exterior wall windows that provide extra sunlight during your stay. WIFI is included. Seaview offers a beautiful pool, plenty of outdoor seating, outdoor grill, and tennis courts and is across the street from the public beach access to watch the beautiful Marco Island sunsets.

We consider Marco Island as our little piece of paradise. May 1999 we were married at sunset on Marco South Beach by the rocks that are by Cape Marco. We both have vacationed on Marco since we were 15 years old and now dream of retiring here. We are blessed to be able to provide this wonderful condo to our 3 children for many family vacations to come.
Why they chose this property
Our property is located on the first floor right outside of the pool which is really nice if you have children or if you don't want to climb stairs. The unit is newly remodeled with a contemporary feel, stainless steel appliances, tile in kitchen and living area, large flat screen TV in living room and 15" TV in master bedroom. This is an end unit which has additional windows allowing a ton of natural Marco Island sunlight.
