House was immaculate when we arrived. Rooms were spacious, and having three full bathrooms for seven people helped a lot! We did experience a bad storm that ended up frying the cable modem and several TVs, but the property manager and host were very quick to respond and resolve the situation. The game room is a great touch for the kids! Everyone enjoyed their stay there, 100% recommend.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay - fun for all ages. Clean, spacious, game room was awesome! We were in town for college kiddos spring baseball season kickoff with grandparents, siblings and other families in other properties. I would imagine any of the other properties Kristy has were as nice and would recommend ABC Dreams Inc to rent through.

Wonderful stay

We spent a long time searching for the perfect villa for our family trip to Orlando, and kept coming back to Kristy’s villas. We were quite nervous about booking direct with an owner from overseas in the UK, having not done this before, and spending a large amount of money, when we had heard various horror stories. Everything about the booking was very straightforward, and the owner was very quick to respond to any queries. The villa was perfect for our needs, we were travelling as a party of 6 with four adults and two kids, and had more than enough space for everyone. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our two week stay. The location was ideal for our regular visits to the Disney parks which were only a 10 minute drive away, and only half an hour drive for the few days we visited the Universal parks. There were also various shops and restaurants within a short drive. We chose to stay at Windsor Hills because of the location and the facilities on site, although we ended up not using them at all as we had everything we needed in the villa, and everyone was happy in the pool and spa or in the games room there without needing to use the communal pool or clubhouse. We would highly recommend the site and villa, and booking through Kristy, and would definitely consider another of Kristy’s villas if we were to visit Orlando again in the future.

Absolutely amazing accommodations !!!!

Ariel’s Grotto was truly the best accommodations we have stayed at. The home was exactly as the pictures we looked at when we booked. It was not lacking anything. The bedrooms had comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. TV’s in every room, even outside by the pool. Having a pool and hot tub just outside the door was awesome, the kids were in it within 30 minutes of us arriving. And if that was not enough, a complete game room that not only the kids used but so did the adults. I highly recommend this vacation destination.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. We had some small kids who loved the Ariel Room. Safety features for the pool included a fence and an alarm warning for the rear slider in case the little ones get out (a big plus for me). Recommend!

Luxury & Convenience Make For An Amazing Family Vacation Home

It’s so rare that we get to spend time on a multigenerational and combined family vacation experience and we chose Ariel’s Grotto to bring everyone together for an amazing vacation!! The home was top notch, had everything we needed, and offered privacy, luxury, and convenience for all of our guests. It’s our second time renting with Kristy and team and we will absolutely be back!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It is a beautiful and comfortable home. We loved the amenities such as the game room, pool and hot tub. The community water park was so fun too. Can’t wait to stay here again!
