K38 Club Marena Ground Floor With Big Patio Walkout to Fantastic Surfing

Breathtaking views! Pool and hot tub overlooking Pacific Ocean with an area to grill. Views of ocean from kitchen, living room and patio. There is a tranquil pond with fountain right in front of this patio.

World class surfing right out front! Ground floor unit super convenient to come and go without having to use elevators. At low tide there’s a little beach. Outdoor showers to rinse off after surfing or going to beach.

Maximum of 2 adults over 18 (may have 4 total if kids) No exceptions. This is not a party atmosphere comprised mostly of owners.

Gated complex that is very secure with guards that monitor 24/7. Must checkin before 5pm due to noise or guards won’t let you in.

2 Tennis courts!

60in tv with Netflix! Full kitchen with cooking supplies provided. Also a grill on the patio and outdoor table to enjoy meals while overlooking the ocean.

Located just an hour drive from San Diego, super convenient location close to Rosarito. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and many more just a short drive. About a half hour drive to wine country in Guadalupe valley and amazing ocean front golf course at Baja Mar is about 20 minutes south.

The place was nice and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Its on the ground floor which is good - no need to go up and down the elevator. The garage is close by too. You can see the surf right out the window and walk right out to the beach, super easy

Loved the location of this condo- kids were able to play right out front on the grass. Quick walk to the pool and beach for surfing! Host was friendly via text/email and descriptions were right on! Clean, comfortable with great views! Will most definitely rent again!

Great Place, poor ocean quality

I've been going to this place for years, primarily to surf. Cool spot. However, as you enter & exit the water, it smells aweful!!! You would think that a place this nice would have an offsite sewage treatment center. Maybe there's a busted pipe or something. But if they don't fix it soon, they will ruin this surf spot.

Beautiful Location

This ground-floor condo has a great view of the ocean. The patio/deck was a great place to relax and soak up vitamin D. It was nice not having to deal with an elevator. We just parked our car in the private garage and walked right in. The unit is spacious and fully furnished. We enjoyed our stay very much.
