About this property

The modern and child-friendly non-smoking apartment in the holiday park Heiligenhafen is located west of the center of Heiligenhafen with good transport links and offers a great view of the Baltic and inland lakes. It is located on the 7th Floor that is easily accessible with an existing elevator.

For the most beautiful time of the year, an oasis of well-being has been created on 45 m², in which up to 4 people can leave everyday life behind. After an eventful day, you can relax in the living room on the comfortable couch (sofa bed) or on the balcony (current wooden furniture). Our little guests will also feel comfortable and have fun in the children's room.

The 4 km long sandy beach is approx. 300m away and in the immediate vicinity restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors invite you to linger. Also available and easily accessible are bowling and bowling, mini golf, children's go-kart track, a large adventure children's playground as well as shopping facilities such as a bakery, grocery and boutiques.

Pets are not allowed.

Arrival in the season takes place only on Saturday and by arrangement.

Gerne wieder

Schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem Nötigen. Dazu sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ferienpark Heiligenhafen der von außen ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen wirkt, jedoch war diese Wohnung schön eingerichtet mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Binnensee und die Ostsee gleich dahinter. Heiligenhafen selbst hat immer viel zu bieten und Fehmarn ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Alles in allem zufrieden!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ausreichend für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Zu der Lage muss man sich im Klaren sein, dass es in einem Ferienpark mit sehr vielen Wohneinheiten gehört. Leider war die Wohnung bei Anreise um 15:00 Uhr noch nicht gereinigt, sodass wir noch 45 min. warten mussten bevor wir in die Wohnung konnten. Dies wurde vom Vermieter jedoch gut geregelt und wir durften bei Abreise diese Zeit länger bleiben. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

2 Schlafzimmer sind irrefüheend

2 Schlafzimmer sind irreführend. Das "Schlafzimmer" ist mit einer Jalousie abgetrennt und das "2. Schlafzimmer" mit einem Stockbett für Kinder ausgestattet. Das eine hintere Bett muss über das Fussende erklimmt werden, hat keinen Nachttisch und auch keine Lampe. Wer im ersten Bett schlief, wurde immer wach wenn der andere mal auf die Toilette musste. Schlussendlich h hat dann einer auf dem Sofa gesch. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken war extrem schmutzig, Seifenrückstände und Haarw setzen sich da halt ab und sollten bei Bettenwechsel auch gereinigt werden. Ebenso der Halter der WC-Bürste könnte dies vertragen. Am schlimmsten war aber der Geruch aus dem defekten Ablauf an der Küchenspüle, den ich nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter ja reparieren könne wenn es mich störe.
