From the high-quality furnished south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a side view of Heiligenhafen’s inland lake while sunbathing.

The modern apartment has been completely renovated and welcomes its holiday guests with a Nordic style featuring warm wood-look laminate floors and many thoughtful details.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll feel right at home.

The interior shower room features a shower (with a walk-in design), toilet, sink, as well as an illuminated mirror cabinet and a heated towel rack.

In the open-concept living and kitchen area, the lounge area offers plenty of space to relax. From the dining table, you can look right out “outside” and let your mind wander.

The fully equipped corner kitchen features a tall oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an extractor hood, a large dishwasher, and a microwave.

The kitchen and a separate reading nook are situated on a low platform, which visually separates the area from the rest of the room.

A large flat-screen TV in the living room, another in the bedroom, and Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment.

You enter the cosy, separate bedroom from the living area (separated from the living area). A comfortable double bed (separate mattresses/standard size), nightstands, and bedside lamps ensure restful nights during your holiday.

No smoking!

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the holiday rental.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding enquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via lifts.
The sandy beach, approximately 500 metres away, is wheelchair-accessible and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
– swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- Outdoor activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field towards the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the holiday centre and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the holiday park

The rehabilitation centre, located 300 metres away, the local doctors and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
