Welcome to Apartment 3 at Haus Windjammer!
This cosy, fully furnished apartment on the mezzanine level offers 3 rooms across 47 square metres for 2 guests and delights with its magnificent view of Heiligenhafen’s inland lake and its proximity to the beach.

The bright, interior shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink with a lighted mirror, a heated towel rack, a toilet, and electric ventilation.
In the combined living and dining area, the corner built-in kitchen offers a full range of amenities for self-catering: a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at the adjoining dining table, are available here.
The living area features a cosy two-seater sofa, an armchair, a china cabinet, a 47-inch flat-screen TV, and a compact stereo system. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi access.
From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony, which enjoys sunshine from late morning through the evening. A large umbrella provides shade when needed.
In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a large, comfortable double bed (2 × 80 × 200 cm) with an additional mattress topper. The large window can be darkened with curtains and pleated blinds.
The third room is equipped with a large wardrobe offering plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. A writing desk and a chaise longue are also available in this cosy room with a great lake view.

All of our accommodation is non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. We ask that you keep the balcony door closed while doing so.
Pets are allowed in this apartment upon request. Please feel free to contact us about this.
Your parking space is located behind the house, right in front of the apartment’s balcony.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding enquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The “Windjammer” house on Steinwarder offers you the perfect starting point for your holiday by the sea:
Surrounded by the Baltic Sea and an inland lake, Steinwarder is ideally located for all water enthusiasts. You’re less than 200 metres from the sandy beach and the promenade. All you have to do is cross a street (speed limit 30 km/h), follow the promenade path, and you’ll find yourself standing with your feet in the fine beach sand. The 6-story apartment building was constructed in a modern architectural style and offers each apartment a balcony with a northeast view of our beloved Baltic Sea or a southwest view of the beautiful Heiligenhafen inland lake.

Each apartment has a free, assigned parking space available behind the building or across the street. This space is marked with the number of your holiday apartment. Bicycle racks are available in front of and to the left of the building for your bikes. You’re also well connected by public transport: 50 metres to the right of the building, you’ll find the “Hauptstrandweg” bus stop.

A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located on the ground floor. You can reach the upper floors via two separate stairwells and an lift. Two different ramps leading to the main entrance ensure accessibility for everyone.

Did you know? “Windjammer” refers to a type of large, multi-masted sailing ship built for intercontinental trade voyages across the oceans. The remaining ships of this type (such as the German “Gorch Fock”) are now mainly used as naval training ships.
