Majestic Broadway is a 4 star apartment (54 M2) 2 bedrooms for 4 persons on 7th floor of an old palace right in the centre of Chamonix and an amazing view on the Aiguille du Midi and the Mont-Blanc!

The high quality interior has been completely renewed in 2021 keeping the spirit of this Art deco building, offering the perfect relaxed, modern and comfortable apartment to return to after exploring Chamonix.

Located in a quiet area in the heart of central Chamonix, yet it's an easy 3 minutes walk from lively central Square, 10 minutes walk from Brevent lift and only 2 minutes walk from the bus service giving full access to the whole region. It is perfectly situated and there is really no need for a car - unless, of course, you prefer it to get about.

The apartment has a double and bunk room and comes with private parking spaces dedicated to the residents of the building. 6 charging points for electric cars available in underground public parking Saint-Michel, located 200 meters from the property.

The combination of location, its high-quality interiors and the amazing view makes this apartment a fantastic option for families. Please note that the elevator takes only goes up to the 6th floor.

Perfect for UTMB

Spacious, well appointed and maintained apartment. So convenient for UTMB as self-contained with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Management team were very responsive and helpful with all aspects of our stay.

Fabulous Apartment

We loved our stay here! The communication with the host was excellent and they were extremely accommodating. The location of the apartment was perfect for Chamonix, restaurant, lifts etc. The apartment was clean and well priced. The pull down sofa bed was a real bonus and great for relaxing and watching tv. The building was clean and well maintained with a lift to the sixth floor. It was really comfortable and well maintained, we hope to return next year. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Majestic in name and nature

This apartment was the perfect base for our stay in Chamonix … clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean, warm throughout, and had great blackout curtains for excellent sleep. The spacious bathroom and high-quality washing machine were a bonus, and cleaning supplies were provided. As keen cooks, we loved the extremely well-equipped kitchen with great cookware, sharp knives, a Nespresso machine, and plenty of dishes and storage containers. The location is ideal: a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet and close to the lifts. The large windows offer a stunning view of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, helpful extra touches, and responsive hosts made this a fantastic stay. They were also very helpful in regards to me ordering an engagement ring and helped loads with that. Highly recommended, we’d happily return!

Notre séjour à la Résidence Majestic Broadway s'est parfaitement déroulé. L'emplacement de parking nous a permis de stationner notre véhicule et de profiter de la ville à pieds. L'emplacement central de la propriété est un atout majeur.
