## Space

The apartment has been renovated in December 2022. Ideally located, a short walk from the Brévent cable car and a short walk from the center of Chamonix, giving direct access to skiing, hiking and shopping.

This one bedroom apartment is clean, spacious and very bright. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

The accommodation has a large balcony and can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living room. The view is exceptional and overlooks Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi;
The apartment also has a family bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

The new American kitchen is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, 4 hotplates and a kettle. You also have free access to the private parking of the residence as well as WIFI access.

A 300 euros damage deposit link will be sent to you via Swikly 14 days prior to arrival.

We loved our stay and would thoroughly recommend the apartment! It’s right beside the Brévent chair and has an incredible view of the mountains and Mont Blanc. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It’s also really close to the centre of the town which is really handy. All in all the had a fantastic stay!

Неточно объяснили правила попадания в квартиру В подъезд надо войти через две двери. Первая дверь - вход в тамбур. И только вторая дверь - вход в подъезд с кодом. Комната, где находится локер с ключами, находится в самом подъезде. Вход в нее из подъезда. Локер не могли открыть самостоятельно. Нам помог сосед. Поэтому заселение получилось сложным. Кроме этого все было нормально

Séjour avec vue mont blanc

Le but initial de notre séjour était de faire du parapente mais finalement je n'ai pas pu en faire. Nous nous sommes régalés dans les randonnées. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre à pieds et des remontées.(téléphériques etc), nous avions une vue magnifique du Mont Blanc et de l'aiguille du Midi du balcon. L'appartement est propre avec beaucoup de rangements et lumineux. C'était un séjour fabuleux. Vous pouvez aussi aller aux termes (spa avec parcours, massage) à St Gervais qui est situé à 20 minutes environ de Chamonix pour vous relaxer en cas de pluie.
