The perfect place to stay in OC! Excellent views, steps from the beach and boardwalk, good parking, and towels/chairs available. Inside feels like home (well, the beach house I’ve always wanted) from the great hangout spaces to the very well-appointed kitchen. It looks just like the photos! Thank you, Kim and Steve, for taking such great care of this property and making it so easy to enjoy time at the shore.

Highly recommend this house! It is a fantastic location, steps from the boardwalk and beach which makes going to the beach with little kids so much easier. The hosts were kind and very easy to communicate with. If bringing little kids, know that there is a stairway entrance in the living room area. A baby gate would be helpful, and the hosts said we could rent one, though we found the price per day to be a bit outrageous. The house was lovely and clean and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We look forward to staying here again!

Birthday Getaway

8 women, friends since elementary school, were looking for a fun couple of days at the shore. We loved the beachfront location and direct access to the Boardwalk. Although it was off-season, we found a great sandwich shop (Walter’s),and spent time walking the beach. Watching the surfers was an added highlight. Dinner our last evening at The Crab Trap was delightful. All in all a wonderful three days!

Beach front, great views!! Walk right on the beach or boardwalk. Property has towels, linens, beach towels, beach toys for the kids, boogie boards, beach caddy cart, and more, making the stay super convenient!! Communication with Kim and Steve is easy, they check in with you via text upon arrival, midway through the week, and at checkout. Highly recommend staying here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great week!

We had 8 adults and 5 grandchildren in our group, ages 2 to 5. The location was terrific with great access to the beach and boardwalk. Kim and Steve were very responsive! There was a small issue with a hinge on the door to the washer/dryer when we arrived and it was fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend!
