Welcome to Residence One - the first house ever built in Civano. Unique in it's designer southwest decor, this single-story home is rich in southwest architecture - from five 18-inch ceiling Viga beams, a custom beehive fireplace, to stained concrete floors. You will feel cool, comfortable and PRIVATE.
The landscaped front and back yard creates on oasis full of water features, custom lighting and trellising.

Beautiful home in a great location

Only a few minutes away from my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. This beautiful home had abundant room for the four of us adults. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and a long table to host my son’s family of four which made eight of us. The beds were very comfortable and the living cozy for watching TV. The Carlson’s were a great host family and provided what we needed. I would definitely stay there again when we visit Tucson.

Enjoyed the decor, the layout, the location. Master bath could use some new plumbing ... shower head, spigots in shower and on lefthand sink have Mildew/ mold. Otherwise this place is a 10!
