The newly renovated Villa 228B, now called (Seashells), is a lush oasis worth escaping to, provides all of the necessary amenities to bring any Island fantasies to life. This luxury villa comes equipped with two large bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with an open floor plan that houses a full kitchen, equipped with all your kitchen necessities, including a water purifying system. A Spacious dining area, with table seating for six, cozy living/entertaining space, TV, Internet, and WiFi. The living space gives way to a breathtaking deck which overlooks the water and natural greenery of the mountains, a large BBQ grill, lounge chairs and patio table and chairs. Located on the second floor are the bedrooms, each contains on-suite bathrooms; excellent for a bit of privacy. The Master bedroom boasts a peaceful balcony view of the water that is sure to be the perfect start or ending to any day! Need to do some laundry? No problem! Seashells (228B) comes with a washing machine and a clothes line perfect for drying.

Note that this place is NOT in St John's. I had meetings in St John's so booked this place based on described location and map, just to realise that it is far away from St John's. The map provided is NOT accurate, not even close. On the bright side, Jolly Beach is very nice and Romeo, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. Property needs blackout curtains, the curtains that it has provide no privacy and all the light goes through.
