Lovely gite in the countryside.

The accommodation was clean comfortable and serene. Brigitte is a delightful host and the neighbors equally delightful. We were sight seeing Angers, Nantes and Saumur and it was nice to go back to our quiet little cottage in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place!

Amazing rural gîte

Beautiful cottage, a typical rural gîte, sympathetically renovated and furnished but very well equipped with all mod cons. The pond is a short walk away and is an idyllic location. Brigitte and her husband were so welcoming and ready to help with suggestions for days out and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

A quiet spot for a restful holiday

Unfortunately certain photos were either absent (e.g. initial access to the stairs) or misleading (the first photo showed an image of an outdoor area which did not exist, as far as we could see). Apart from these errors which should be updated it was a lovely place to spend a holiday.

Quiet and peaceful

This is a nice property in a quiet and peaceful location not far from the town and supermarket. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice lounge and dining area. The patio and garden was small but secure for our dog. We did find the property rather dark downstairs, which included the bathroom, but upstairs the bedrooms were light and spacious. The host is friendly, although we struggled a bit with our lack of French, but this was not a problem.

Merci à vous d'avoir séjourné dans notre gîte à la campagne avec votre chien , le rez de chaussé est sombre , mais nous ne pouvons pas agrandir les ouvertures La terrasse et le jardin sont assez grand pour accueillir un animal , il y a de l'espace autour de l'étang pour se balader à pied Le gîte ,c'est une ancienne partie du corps de la ferme qui existait que nous avons transformé pour accueillir les voyageurs Nous sommes très attentif de vos remarques

good value for money country cottage in rural location

Well appointed small country cottage with nice private patio next to private woodland and small lake. Quite dark downstairs but this was ok as large sunny patio was used for all meals etc. Quiet apart from neighbouring donkeys! Large curious dog in neighbours garden.

A relaxing time

We had a nice stay at this property overall. The online description wasn't quite accurate... it's a semi-detached (not that this made any difference really), the lake is a little way from the gite - approx. 5 minute walk. When we booked a hot tub was listed as an amenity but on enquiring where this was it became clear it was an error in the advert. There were quite a few cobwebs and spiders - I do appreciate this is a country house so some of these are to be expected. Also the kitchen pots etc all needed a wash before use. We were a little surprised on arrival to be told we were only allowed 80kw of electric, nothing about this was in the terms and conditions. The weather was quite chilly on some days but we were very conscious of the electric because we didn't know what it would cost if we went over the allowance so we wrapped up in blankets (we had taken blankets with us for our dog) instead of using the heating but it was quite cold on some evenings. I do believe we went over the allowance in the end but it was only by a little so no extra charges were requested. There is a TV but the signal is not very good and loses connection frequently. There are things like disney+ but you would need an account for this. There are some games provided, we had a few nice evenings playing scrabble. The host is a very pleasant lady and the property itself was good for our needs. We had a mostly peaceful stay and returned home relaxed.

Dommage que vous ayez mal lu le descriptif car toutes les informations y sont bien listées. Le WiFi est correct et permet l’accès à tous les services internet. -Nous sommes désolé pour la météo mais sommes persuadés que vous vous êtes bien amusé eu égard aux nombreuses poubelles et bouteilles laissés sur place sans aucun tri, ce qui nous laisse fortement douter de vos standards de propreté.

Sejour au lac

Superbe maison avec lac privé, total dépaysement. Nos hôtes sont hyper réactifs, très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Endroit très calme, mais à proximité des commerces en voitures, boulangerie, pharmacie, supermarché. Très contents de notre séjour, ou notre ami le chien est le bienvenu... Encore merci.
