About this property

Welcome to Paris! I welcome you to my charming 48 square meter apartment in the heart of the 15ᵉ arrondissement, located on the 7ᵉ floor with ELEVATOR and can accommodate up to 4 people. It will be perfect for a professional or tourist stay. My apartment is located 19 min walk from the Ballon de Paris and its location allows you to discover the tourist sites of the city! Very good stay ! :)

Located in Paris, the accommodation is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day.
You will have at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay: Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Elevator, Coffee machine, Fan, Oven.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

Discover the emblematic sites of the capital such as: the Eiffel Tower which is 27 minutes away by bus, the Place de la Concorde which is 19 minutes away by metro, the Louvre Museum which is 35 minutes away by bus, the Arc de Triomphe which is 27 minutes away by metro and the Pantheon which is 36 minutes away by metro or bus.
You can also schedule activities near Paris like the Ile-de-France which is 51 min by car and the Marne-la-Vallée which is 54 min by car.

The advantage of my accommodation is that it is located only 5 minutes walk from the metro line 8, and 7 minutes walk from line 12, which will allow you to move easily.

Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. You will find a Franprix 1 minute walk away and a Carrefour Market 2 minutes away.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
