Table 80X120 cm with extensions that can transform it into 80X200 cm, 4 stools + 4 folding chairs, 50-inch TV.

- terrace of 5m2 facing East not overlooked with a view of the slopes and the mountain, with a table and 2 folding armchairs to enjoy the sun.

The wifi (fibre) will be installed in November 2024.

Ski room on the ground floor.

1 Parking space in closed garage under the residence (maximum height 1.80m)

Supermarket, newspapers, tobacconist, ski rentals, bar, restaurant, 20M from the front door of the residence. Ski school and ski lift departure at 150 M

- Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels can be provided on request at an additional cost. The price is €20.00 for each small bed and €25.00 for the double bed. Payment will be made directly to the person in charge of handing over the keys.

- The apartment must be left clean, the cleaning must be done by the tenant. If the tenant does not wish to do the cleaning, he must inform the person in charge of giving him the keys who will charge him a flat rate of €60.00. Payment will be made on site directly to the person in charge of handing over the keys.
