Quiet and cozy

Property manager was VERY responsive and helpful for our stay and really went the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience for us. Beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to ever get up and on a side note, we saw a bear on property within 15 minutes of arrival

Great stay with little complaint!

Only 3 minor complaints: 1-Downstairs bedroom needs better blinds for window. There is a street light that shines very brightly through the cheap (& too small) miniblinds at night. 2-Need more washcloths. They only provide 6 for a house that sleeps 8. We stayed 5 nights and shouldn't have had to run washer every night just for washcloths. 3-Keurig water reservoir was dirty inside (buildup). Other than those minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay! Hot tub was wonderful...host was very responsive & friendly!

Gatlinburg 6/2023

We had a great stay. Cabin was easy to find, nice, clean and looked better than in pictures. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Was worried about bears but only saw one. It was in the mountains which took some getting used to driving but I liked how you could leave the busy towns behind. On our checkin, I must have missed the door entry instructions, called management who answered immediately and helped us. Our 1st night we went to the house and we’re thankful there was a restaurant/pizza place a mile away that was good. All in all we would come again!

Family vacation and Noah’s senior trip

We love gatlinburg so much. Finding a place to stay can b overwhelming w many details to consider. We are a large family and need lots of room, entertainment for kids, and a full kitchen. We are also terrified of the steep driveways! This place was perfectly located and well stocked. Very accommodating and nicely decorated and CLEAN! Kids had their own space upstairs and all were happy. Property manger responded immediately when I reached out to her for anything. My only suggestion would b to add a TV to the downstairs bedroom and update the upstairs blinds. Would for sure stay here again! We got to see a couple of bears too!

Great Host Cozy Cabin

The cabin exceeded our expectations. The picture on Vrbo did this cabin no justice. There was Christmas decorations up which added a nice at home touch to our family thanksgiving weekend. The carpet was so clean that I was comfortable with letting my 8 month old and 2 year old play on the floor. They even had a baby gate for us to use for the top of the stairs! The host was very accommodating and answered all of my questions in a timely manner even on a major holiday. Overall, I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a comfortable, cozy place to stay.

Great location

Great location to get to main attractions around Gatlinburg. We also had a bear visit us right in front of the cabin which made the trip.. we were able to watch from the safety of the porch. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the scenery. Management company was quick to communicate and willing to work with us for earlier check in. The pictures do make the place seem a little bigger than it is but plenty of space for what we needed inside with a very large outside / porch area. Don’t hesitate to book!

Good location, lots of bear sightings

The property manager had good communication with me throughout my entire stay. The location of the house is good, very close to downtown Gatlinburg. The blinds were broken in the kids bedroom and some of the furniture/pillows were a little worn out. Overall, I would recommend this cabin just bring your own pillows if you are particular and extra towels. We visited in early September and there was lots of bears, they just come to eat but it did impact how much and how often we went outside.

Perfect location!

The property was a perfect location, with easy access to the national park, gatlinburg, or pigeon forge — with the ability to bypass town traffic - especially nice when heading into the park. The house itself was a great set up for two families - we had our family of five stay upstairs and my in-laws stayed downstairs. This allowed both families to have their own bathroom. The upstairs especially felt very spacious with the loft area — it gave the kids a place to hang out while the in-laws rested. The multiple decks were nice to sit outside and relax, and everyone had fun playing the pool table. We got to see several bears from the house, which the kids enjoyed. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect For My Family!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is in a great location, perfect size for a family of four, very clean and comfortable. Loved having morning coffee on the deck and relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day. The hosts were very quick to respond to any text I sent with questions and check out was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again!
