Nice place?

Only real issue is the we couldn’t get the water to come out of the shower head. Was probably for the best though. The tub to tile seam needs caulking really bad. It will end up causing problems in the future. The house was absolutely charming and we had a great time in Fredericksburg.

overall good stay with some exceptions

the roof leaked notified them and said they would look into it thats all i heard There were no shades of the downstairs just sheers One could not see in during the day but at night our living face the parking for the 4 units and no privacy at night,,upstairs bedroom also had one shade missing Kitchen utensils were very minimum and pots were horrible. dishwasher had a mIssing a cap so when you pulled out the drawer it fell apart. Refrigerator randomly froze things. There was only a sofa in living room and no chair except if you wanted to pull a dining chair. overall stay was not as comfortable as i would have liked

Gift for a friend.

I rented this little place as gift for a friend who needed some alone time after losing her husband this spring. She loved it and got some much needed rest. Great location. Very clean and cute. Communication with property manager was fantastic. Exactly what I wanted for her and what she needed. Thank you!
