Sunset Rentals | Shorewood 509

509 Shorewood is a gorgeous, coastal-inspired oceanfront penthouse. The open floor plan allows for ocean views in the kitchen, dining and living areas. The renovated kitchen features white cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. And the spacious living area features a sleeper sofa, love seat, two club chairs, flat screen TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony provides seating for four guests and is the perfect spot for outdoor dining.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The master bathroom features a large vanity with a granite top and a tiled tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom features a full size bed and a twin bed, flat screen TV and access to the hall bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and granite top vanity. Both bedrooms have new tile flooring installed in the fall of 2021!

Guests of the Shorewood complex have access to the community pool, kiddie pool and hot tub, as well as a private access to the beach. You're also just a short walk to Coligny Plaza where you can enjoy dozens of shops and restaurants. Limit 2 Cars.

Offers a beautiful ocean view! Facilities and location are very convenient. It was so nice to have a short walk to Coligny for shopping, playgrounds and restaurants but still have beach front access.

Great location, great property!

This is our 4th time at the Shorewood, in Hilton Head. The best location - right on the beach, short walk to Coligny restaurants/shops. Great pool and ocean views. Our particular unit (509) was oceanfront, on the top floor with great views. The condo was modern, clean, well-furnished. Highly recommended!

Perfect location - excellent space

We loved every minute of our stay. The property is truly the perfect location and we loved the decor. The views are spectacular! Only thing that could be improved upon is the TVs - they need to either be smart TVs or have Netflix access. The guest bedroom didn’t have a cable hookup at all - luckily we were able to plug a computer in to the tv using a HDMI. We would definitely come back.

Perfect vacation!

Location location location! Beautiful view, on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo is very nicely decorated and very spacious. Keyless entry is a major plus when you have 5 adults coming and going. Two bedrooms and the pull out couch fit our party perfectly. Patio has a table and 4 chairs but we added camping chairs and had enough room. We would highly recommend this property and would use again!

Really wonderful

We loved staying at Shorewood. The location is ideal and the top floor ocean front unit is the best. The property is nice, the pool and beach access are wonderful. We actually booked it for the zero entry pool which didn't disappoint. The unit itself has had some upgrades but you can still see its age in bubbling paint in the bathrooms and unworkable blinds and closet doors slightly off track. The mattresses are extra extra firm and the pillows could all use replacing. But these things are minor and don't take away from the spacious living area, wonderful views and plenty of space for our family of 3.
