Sleep amongst the tree tops in this spacious home. The tree house cabin sits in the Meadow Creek subdivision of New Meadows. This four bedroom, two and a half bath home offers a large deck off the living room, a private deck off of the primary bedroom, a private deck off middle level bedroom, wood burning stove, and a cozy cabin feel. Guest love to sit and relax with their group on the deck that offers beautiful views. Enjoy the community pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, public golf course, and the fishing pond stocked with trout. Just a short 13 mile drive to Brundage Ski Resort or the charming town of McCall. *Note: this property does not have air conditioning. *Absolutely no animals due to severe allergies.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please log out of the TV if you logged in. Make sure all windows and doors are closed completely and locked. Turn thermostats down to low or 50.
Place the trash in the black can with a lid located on the bottom floor outside of the mudroom.
Clean out the wood stove (if used) and place ashes in the metal can with lid next to the wood stove. Please restock wood if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*NO unregistered guests allowed. *Absolutely NO animals. *Quiet hours are 10 pm- 7 am. *Driveway is shared, do not block.
*Please no shoes in the house. Please remove shoes and snow gear in the mud room. *No smoking or parties/ events
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay. Please report damage immediately to host. Moving any furniture will result in $350 fee.

Amazing Family Time!

We had the best time staying at the Tree House! We will definitely be back! It is the perfect location, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood and an easy, short drive to McCall! The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and necessities for cooking. Cozy and comfortable accommodations for everyone in your group. Truly enjoyed relaxing with a fire and playing out in the snow!

Great Spot for Family Vacation

This house was great for our adult family of 7. It was well stocked and comfortable. Loved the location - and proximity to McCall was perfect for us. If travelling in summer I do suggest to bring a couple of fans as it was pretty warm. Lots of stairs in home as well. Overall, a great place for our family vacation! Th

Very comfortable and welcoming

First of all, our family loves New Meadows and have been vacationing there for 8 years! This is one of the best rentals we have stayed at. It was VERY clean. There were several small touches like having plenty of Keurig pods and extra travel sized toiletries available that made us feel very welcome. The home is cozy and comfortable without making guests feel like they are intruding on someone’s personal space. The master suite is wonderful! We have several teenagers. We went to the clubhouse pool only once and then spent the rest of our time at Zims only a mile down the road. There they could dive and splash and have more fun than at the pool. Only $80 for a month family pass! We played golf at Meadow Creek and Jug Mountain Ranch. Rafting with Rubicon Outfitters in Riggins. Did serval hikes. Picked lots of huckleberries. Kayaked and paddle boarded on the Payette River.

Beautiful Treehouse!!

The view from the master bedroom is incredible! Better than watching anything on TV. Everything was very clean! Nearby pool and pickleball courts were fabulous. Stocked fridge really helps when you are missing something. BBQ was great. Deck was beautiful and had plenty of deck chairs. Stocked with extra games and puzzles too. Really beautiful cabin!! Minutes away from Zim's Hot Spring which was really hot and great and fun although we weren't sure at first. North beach was awesome. There may be a $10/person charge for poolπckleball but we weren't actually charged.

Cabin Near New Meadows

We had an excellent stay. The cabin was well equipped, clean and the host was very attentive. The location is close enough to McCall if you need services but also in a quiet spot with plenty of good fishing and other opportunities nearby. I would definitely book again.

Great house and beautiful location.

Had a great time. Only downside had nothing to do with the house but with the nearby Zims hotspring where the pool was full of algae, would not recommend going there, but surrounding area and valley is gorgeous and cabin is great.

Loved our stay at the “Tree House”!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very spacious, clean and packed with lots of amenities. It is also child friendly with a fun games room, which our kids really enjoyed, especially the foosball table! The spacious living room and balcony areas are also well configured for family entertainment. The only drawback for us was the location. We would have preferred to have been closer to McCall and Payette Lake since that is where we spent most of our time. But it’s only a short drive and has the added advantage of being more exclusive and private, which I personally appreciated. Our host, Erin was also great and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

Well appointed home

The house was very clean and had all the amenities one would expect from a home, not a rental property. The neighborhood was quiet and we watched deer walk by the house daily. The kitchen is well appointed right down to the cutlery and spice rack.

We had a great time. The property was very nice. The kids loved the snow. It was a bit difficult getting into the driveway even with 4-wheel drive. But the driveway and road was plowed while we were there and it helped.

The house is far enough out to where you can enjoy the beauty of nature, but not to far from everything else. The house is picture perfect and the owner amazing. The place will be the first one that I do a repeat stay.

Fantastic Stay
