We had a wonderful time at rhe property. We rented all units for our families annual get together. We had plenty of room for everyone and Ross stopped by when we arrived to see if we need anything. I would recommend for for large groups. Beautiful lake and fire pit was a great gathering spot!

Incredible host and location

The perfect place for a weekend get away with friends. I had my bachelor party here and it was the perfect spot! We even got locked out once and Ross helped us get back in with ease.

What a great property for large parties! We loved the separate sleeping spaces along with the large communal room and outdoor spots. The view was perfect and having access to kayaks was an added bonus for our crew. The bar next door was so friendly too. Thank you for making it a very memorable and fun weekend for us all!

Large Family ATV trip

Booked all four condos for a large family ATV trip, worked perfectly for our multiple families to get together. Community room was a great area to gather together for our meals. Kids spent many hours swimming and kayaking in the lake.

Big Bear Lake Condos

Our family rented all four condos and that gave us all of the excellent amenities including the kayaks and the large common room. The common room has a large kitchen, large dining table, and lots of recreation games (ping pong, darts, foosball, etc.). The well done recently renovated individual condos gave family members their own space as well. The host was excellent in communications. We would rate this property a 10 out of 10.

We’re so happy your family gathering was a hit! It sounds like the condos and common spaces were the perfect fit for your crew. We love when guests take advantage of the games, kayaks, and shared kitchen—it was designed exactly for moments like yours. Thank you for the kind words and perfect score. We’d be honored to host you all again!

Family get together

Very happy with the listing. Our host was always available for any questions and concerns. Very nice sandy beach outfitted with many kayaks. The large common room worked well for our group of 23. Our only complaints were regarding lack of linen when we first arrived, but that was handled relatively soon. Also the gas grill was very dirty with no brush to clean it.

PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY REUNION!

Everything was perfect! We had a group of 17 adults and 1 toddler so we rented all 4 units. The community room is AMAZING! Units & Comm. Room had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfy and everything is brand new. Tons of stuff- kayaks, ping pong, corn hole etc. Kitchens fully stocked.I literally can't think of anything we didn't like! Owner was so very helpful too! GREAT STAY and we hope to book again with friends etc.

Big Bear Lake Condos

This location/facility worked out perfect for our family of 21. The 4 separate condos were great for the 4 families and the community room was perfect for all of us to get together for meals, etc. The waterfront was exceptional with a very long shallow area to the end of dock that the kids greatly enjoyed and parents did not have to worry about any deep drop-offs. Some confusion as to the pontoon rental and its supposed dedication to the people staying at the condos. Hopefully this confusion will be worked out. Will most likely book this facility again for next / following year as long as it stays available. Some question as to the potential sale of the facility?

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family! We loved the setup with 4 condos and the large community space in the basement. The setting was beautiful, and it was so peaceful to sit out by the lake at any time of day, and around the fire pit in the evening. Everyone enjoyed having access to the kayaks and pedal boat, and the kids all enjoyed swimming off the beach and dock.
