Having stayed in many short term rentals myself all across the globe, I understand that having an amenity rich home cuts out the stress and lets you get the relaxation a vacation is meant to bring! Why they chose this property

I grew up in the Twin Cities and would always come up to this area on the weekends or in the summers as a kid and loved it! The peaceful and picturesque natural beauty of the area really brings a blissful calm to me and I'm happy to be able to share that now as a host! The fishing, the lake fun, as well as the abundance of nature all around you all the time is truly an experience everyone needs to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

There are so many unique features in this property. The whole design is unique, from the monosloped roof yielding the triangle windows and wall of glass, to the over 1 million pounds of boulders and stone brought in to create a stone ridge (hence the name) that makes the trees tower significantly more creating a unique feel outside. Additionally, all of the wooden details inside were handcrafted by me and my family from the trees that once stood where the house is built, including the beams and slats on the ceiling! Incorporating natural elements and highlighting the grain structure of the wood was not only an aesthetic choice but also an eco friendly choice that creates a perfect blend of modern and cabin design.
