Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a historical cast iron rope elevator wheel. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. Come check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

This studio apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip. The room was exactly as described, excellent location, and felt homey. The beds were SO comfortable! The ambiance was perfect as a cozy respite to a day of site seeing and adventure. Communication was excellent and the host was available with quick responses and support. If we come back again, this will be the first place we look for accommodations. Thank you so much!

Very nice room with high ceilings and beautiful natural sunlight. Proximity to the French quarter is outstanding. There is an illusion of free parking but in reality you need to park in the lot a block away that can get pricey. Communication with the host was top notch. Really loved the ambiance of the room.

Our stay was great , clean and comfortable. Good location for walking around our immediate area and approx 6 minute walk to French Quarter.Parking was not ideal, but being anywhere in this area, street parking is what it is. A few items needed : hand towels, kitchen towels/dish cloths, oven mitts would have been desired…as well as, directions for using the A/C. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great time here. Our host was very open and friendly and helping us out. The place was very clean and the beds were very nice. It looked just like the pictures. We absolutely loved our stay here! This place has so much charm and plenty of space for my family of 4. The check in instructions were super easy and the biggest plus is that it’s in walking distance to Mother’s! We will be staying here again.

The penthouse itself was great! Spacious and well appointed. Location to almost everything was excellent! The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but not unusual in an older place on the 4th floor. The only real problem we had was trying to unload all our stuff before putting our car in a public parking lot a few blocks away. There wasn’t anyplace to safely unload. But if you’re flying in and grabbing a taxi or Uber to this place, you’ll be very satisfied!
