SIX SEATER GOLF CART INCLUDED! This spacious two story home located in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort ® will feel like your home away from home while you're enjoying a relaxing vacation. From the moment you enter the screened in porch on the front of the home, relaxation hits you. The soothing feel of this home flows from the open concept living, dining and kitchen area through to the ground floor master bedroom and upstairs to the guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom for extra convenience.



With three bedrooms with king beds in two of the rooms, and the third with two full sized beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living area, this home will accommodate the entire family up to 10 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is an additional half bathroom downstairs. The large dining table and breakfast bar will make it easy to serve everyone for those meals and snacks, and there is even an additional dining table on the screened in porch if you’d prefer to dine in the fresh outdoor air.

When you're ready to start exploring all that the Emerald Coast has to offer, this home is conveniently just a few houses down from the neighborhood pool and putting green. Worth the stay!

We were very pleased with our stay, The bungalow was beautiful, golf cart was a big plus. Very spacious for our group of 10. Only complaint we would have is that the upstairs king bed was a little hard but some may like it that way. Downstairs king bed was amazing.

The cottage was spotless, spacious, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. It was well-stocked with all the essentials you'd expect from a great short-term rental. This was our second time in a year to stay in this rental. We LOVE it. We were able to relax with all of the room in the home. The golf cart was one of our favorite things with the rental. The owner was incredibly responsive. We will definitely be back!

Perfect house for family

We were very impressed with everything this house had to offer. It was perfect for our week long stay. The master closet on the main floor was large enough to put a pack n play in for our one year old. Plenty of pantry storage for food in the kitchen. The golf cart made trips to the beach easy. The kids loved playing on the screened porch.

Perfect place for a family vacation!

This was our fourth time in Destin but our first time staying in San Destin. This home is perfect! The covered patio was perfect for early morning coffee or evening drinks. The rooms are spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. It’s also just steps from the pool. My kids loved riding around on the golf cart, going to the wharf, and heading over to the beach. There is literally no need to leave the complex. There are also shops and a Publix within a golf cart ride. Now that we’ve stayed here, there is no need to go anywhere else. Book this now!

Amazing Rental!

Wow! We loved staying in the Bungalo. It was exactly as listed. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Layout was perfect. Golf cart was brand new. Screened in porch made for nice evenings on the porch. A perfect distance from the entrances, so traffic was minimal. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Will definitely be back. Five stars all around!

Absolutely amazing!

This is our 6th time coming to the area, each time we’ve rented a home. This rental was perfection! Kitchen is stocked with everything to prepare your favorite meals! Pull out couch came in handy when kids ended up needing their own space. Porch area tote had all the beach necessities- we borrowed and even left some new things for other guests. The golf cart was one of the best amenities of all! Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water for all of us (7)! Pool was so close, and of course very clean & heated! Host was quickly to respond to questions! I’ve rented from property management companies- this rental was so much nicer!! Definitely recommend hands down the best out of all!

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful. My wife and me along with our daughter husband and their 2 children stayed and enjoyed it very much. Lots to do the grand kids swam in the pool and skate boarded. Lots of restaurants to enjoy a golf cart ride from the house. The almost new golf cart was a great addition to the house rental.all in all it was a great house. Everything you need is furnished with the rental.

Sandestin Vacation

This property was as advertised. Th e only issue we had was parking. We were not told before arriving that per the HOA only 2 vehicles were allowed to park at the property. We had 5 grownups, 4 college age young adults, and 1 child in our party. Although the house size/set-up suited us perfectly, it was not possible to arrive in only 2 vehicles. We were not given any help to find overflow parking and left to figure that out on our own. Otherwise the resort was beautiful. There was lots of shopping, restaurants, and activities to do without leaving the complex.

Some friends and I went to Sandestin to play golf. We could'nt be happier with our selection of this property. The house is well appointed and beds comfortable. I have stayed in the Bungalo neighborhood before and its my favorite area. The golf cart makes everything accessible. Perfect area if you have kids. The pool is a few steps right down the street. Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy bungalow. The home was very clean and stocked with everything you would need to make a big family meal. We especially loved how close the home was to many restaurants and stores. We loved taking rides in the golf cart around the beautiful neighborhood. We will definitely rent this beautiful home again!
