A very pleasant, bright, and sunny 125 m² villa on the lower slopes of the residential area of Sémaphore, a 5-minute walk from the beaches and a 3-minute walk from city centre with its pedestrian-only streets, restaurants, shops, bakeries, and its traditional covered market (fishmonger, butcher, fruits and vegetables).

You can leave your car in the garage at all times, and you’ll be just a 5-minute walk from the harbour, where you can take the ferry to St. Tropez in 15 minutes.
The convenience of being able to walk to city centre or the beach several times a day—especially during the summer—is invaluable.

The villa faces due south with an exceptional view of the Bay of St. Tropez, which you can enjoy from the garden, the two terraces, the living room, and the two bedrooms upstairs.
