Peaceful relaxation or non-stop adventure, this setting has something for everyone. Beautiful, lake front views the minute you walk in the door will have you ready to relax or get out on the water. Fishing, skiing, paddle boarding are all just outside your door, or rent a boat at the Marina just a 2 minute drive down the street. Walk along the boardwalk, visit nearby parks and trails. From upscale shopping and relaxing spas to sports and entertainment there’s something for everyone.

We loved our stay! The dog-proofing on the fence was a life-saver. We will definitely rent again for many reasons but the courtyard with the dog-proof fence solidified our return!!

Awesome Property!

This place was amazing. Stayed here with family ( 4 adults and a nine month old). Great to walk around right in the lake and walking distance to a restaurant was super convenient. They even had a pack and play for the baby and an ice chest to use for our day outing in a rented boat. The snacks were a great little perk as well. Would definitely recommend this property!

I believe this is the 5th or 6th time I have stayed at this condo. Katie is wonderful if she is needed. Great location to anything you want. And the view from the patio is wonderful.

This condo is in a great location. We spent a day on the lake, a day at the races and another day just eating at all the great restaurants. Thank Bob for making it so easy and comfortable. The condo unit was clean and felt like home.

Very lovely condo. Plenty of room and the view of the lake was great. Good living aspects with a well stocked kitchen for cooking, grilling out side and very convenient shopping. The condo was quiet and parking was convenient.

This is a great condo!! Lovely view. Well furnished...kitchen well stocked. Right on Lake Norman with a short walk to a nearby restaurant. Close drive to other very quaint towns with lots of good dining and shopping. We will be back. Nancy ( Ohio)

What a beautiful property! It was more than we imagined even with the pictures online. We arrived to a sparkling clean home with a basket of treats to choose from. This property had everything! We had been traveling for a while and needed to do some wash, and the owners had all we needed. We woke up craving caffeine, and tge owners had a variety of coffee choices for us. The property has a beautiful patio right next to Lake Norman, the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable, and it is right next to a fabulous restaurant. We even relaxed by the pool, and met some dear, friendly neighbors. The living spaces were extremely comfortable, and I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Relaxing vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! It has beautiful views from the patio. There are plenty of places to walk and jog. Shopping is nearby and Port City is a fun place to eat and hang out. TV's could be bigger and master bed could use a pillow top but I like soft beds. Easy access to Davidson, Charlotte and the race track!

Nice lake property

We had a very nice time at this property. Lots of room, and the lake views are wonderful. It's also nice to be able to walk next door for a very good meal. I would suggest an upgrade of the televisions. They are very dated, and we weren't even able to connect a laptop to watch a movie.
