Located 15 minutes from the centre of Nice, this pretty house is a haven of peace for a large family.
The two-storey house offers:
1 warm and friendly living room of 40m2,
1 fully equipped kitchen of 20m2 with access to the garden and the swimming pool
5 bedrooms: 2 guest bedrooms (double beds), 1 master suite (double bed + bathroom), 2 Large children's bedrooms (25m2 and 20m2) with 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed for 2 people.
Swimming pool, Trampoline, Swing, Kindling...

In addition, having a Maternal Assistance activity, we have a whole protected area outside with two slides, a small hut, a small swimming pool and a whole bunch of games and toys for early childhood.
