We loved the quaint little house and town! Would definitely recommend for a girls weekend or couples trip for wine tasting. Thanks for the hospitality!
Quaint, comfortable, and convenient. Will always look to book here when we return to Newberg. Leigh was an excellent host and filled us in upon arrival with everything we needed to know. Super cool place.
Lovely property! Roomy and historical! Beautiful furnishings throughout. Host was super informative and friendly. Would give it 20 out of 10 stars if I could!
What a great old house right across from the beautiful university. The owner met us when we arrived and oriented us to the house which was great! The house is full of antiques and her family history which we found fun. Beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic for walking into town and even across the university grounds to restaurants!

Thank you for your kind review! I'm delighted to know you enjoyed your stay!
The house was just lovely! Leigh and her husband Dave were fabulous and super-responsive. They were glad to offer local recommendations. The whole house was perfectly appointed and nothing was lacking. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor area. The neighborhood was quiet and made for relaxing evenings outside.
Very wonderful property! The house is so clean and you can tell is lovingly maintained. Beautiful inside and out. Also if you’re a parent of a George Fox student. You cannot get a much better location than right across the street! The hot tub was a fun bonus as well. We had an amazing time and hope to stay there again soon

This charming historic home had everything we hoped for and more. The location was ideal, and the décor especially the collection of antique clocks added so much personality. The sofa, beds, and furniture were all very comfortable, which made it easy to relax. We especially loved the cozy fireplace and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect place to unwind & we would absolutely stay again!

Thank you Kathryn for your review. I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay and that you found the U House comfortable. The fireplace in the Winter really does help chase away the "rainy day blues"!!
Quaint, spacious home in an absolutely fantastic location, just one long block from the main strip in Newberg and literally next door to George Fox. The closed in back patio kept wind and sun away while making it so easy to forget that this is a corner lot. We spent every evening lounging out there. 10/10 would book again.
Leah was an amazing host and gave us detailed information about the house and surrounding area. We felt so comfortable and really enjoyed the hot tub. The location was close to everything and we went to several of Leah's favorite wineries...perfect stay!
