Quelques points inacceptable pour ce type de location,

Le stationnement est impossible dans l'enceinte de la résidence pour un véhicule moyen ou SUV, donc parking extérieur payant! Un WC sur les deux de l'annonce était HS! Robinneterie qui mériterait une révision ! Pas d'instructions sur le fonctionnement des équipements de la location, Equipements des chambres très spartiate.

Vakantie vieren in Cagnes sur mer

Om te beginnen is de communicatie met de verhuurster snel, netjes en duidelijk. Ook de incheck procedure wordt met beeld- en geschreven materiaal duidelijk gemaakt en gemaild. Het appartement heeft zoveel potentieel. Het is ruim, heeft een praktische goede keuken en de airco en slaapkamers zijn perfect. Daarnaast zijn er 3 prettige balkons. Het zou wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken. Zo is de tweede toilet defect (wat wel netjes vermeld wordt met een briefje, maar niet gerepareerd), verder kleinigheden die niet storend genoeg zijn om negatief te worden. Al met al hebben we hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad, in een dik oké appartement met een geweldige ligging, 3 minuten van het strand. De score zou, als alles op orde was, nog hoger kunnen.

Bel endroit

Appartement grand et très ensoleillé. Manque de micro onde, les transats sont en fin de vie, les terrasses et les baies vitrées sont sales. Un seul toilette fonctionne, le dessous de la lunette est très sale. Par contre les lits sont très grands et très confortables.
