Clean and very convenient to the beach and the tram. A little difficult for my mother in law to walk up the hill at 85. Loved having a kitchen to eat breakfast every day before leaving to tour the area.

Nice summer holidays in NICE

Didier and his wife are very nice hosts. We were welcomed very friendly. We don't speak French, but communication in English was very good. The apartment is on a private street, with a private parking space. The apartment is large and has air conditioning in the living/dining room. We were there in summer and the weather was very hot for weeks (always over 35 degrees). The promenade and the sea are about 500m away and easily accessible by foot. There are shops nearby and the tram takes you to downtown Nice in a few minutes (€1.00 to €1.50 per Person)

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Nizza verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war fantastisch, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Küche ist wirklich schön und gut ausgestattet, die zwei Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette mit zwei Teenager sehr praktisch. Die Lage schön und gepflegt, aber das beste waren die Gastgeber, die sind total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder mal nach Nizza. Très grand logement, propre et bien organisé. Accueil impeccable. Réponses rapides lors de nos communication. Belle volonté de répondre à nos besoins. Informations touristiques fournis La propriété est dans un quartier sécurisé à 7 minutes de marche de la guérite à l'entrée. À 30min avec transport en commun du vieux Nice. Située près d'une autoroute (donc assez bruyant la nuit). Problème intermittent du Wifi pendant la semaine.

Avec notre fille de 17 ans; Nous avons passer un beau séjour dans cette appartement qui est plus beau que sur les photos. C'est grand, toute les commodités nécessaires. Espace de stationnement, a 5 minutes de la plage et 4 minutes du tramway qui nous apporte en 15 minutes au centre-ville. Je recommande !

Appartement spacieux et très confortable. L’accès est très sécurisé et donc idéal pour notre véhicule que nous n’avons pas utilisé du tout durant notre séjour car très proches de la plage à pied et de l’accès au tram direct pour le centre ville et le vieux Nice ! Très bel appartement, bien situé. Nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs dans les chambres et la clim dans le salon. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances sans utiliser la voiture. Nous nous sommes déplacés sur Nice en bus et sommes allés à la plage tous les jours à pied. Parfait pour nous. Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires.

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée (anticipée de quelques heures, ce qui n'a pas posé de souci), de nombreuses brochures à notre disposition sur les sites à visiter, des propriétaires de très bons conseils également ! Un appartement en très bon état, propre, bien équipé, très chaleureux et agréable. La climatisation dans la pièce à vivre est très appréciable. Bref, une location que nous conseillons grandement ! SOGGIORNO FANTASTICO!

Immobile trovato in uno stato impeccabile, vicino al mare, proprietari davvero cordiali e disponibili, spazi molto ben sfruttati! Consigliato assolutamente per famiglie, giovani...adatto a tutti! Piuttosto vicino a Nizza centro, ben servito per quanto riguarda la spesa alimentare... ottimo affare!
