Excellent family house

This is my 3rd time here with our family, the house and pool are just right for what we need, location to local supermarkets is great as you can easily walk and nice walk to bars/marina. Great mountain biking area for all abilities. We really had a great time, lovely weather and would definitely return.

Good Villa with a pool and close to all amenities

Our second year at this Villa which is great for all the family. Great pool area and plenty of space so that we are not all on top of each other. Easy walking distance to the Supermarket, shops, bars and Restaurants.

Fantastic

The house was perfect for us. The pool although not large was great for the kids to play in and for the adults to cool down in. There was no road noise. The air conditioning worked really well which made a big difference with going to sleep at night. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Thank you especially to Michele who was super helpful with check in.

Super modern Villa

We were very impressed with the property and it was just as we had seen it in the pictures. We were warmly greeted on our arrival and shown round. We could not think of anything that was not provided for us. There was plenty of space so the family could spread out. The heated pool was wonderful. Considering the Villa is in a busy part of the town it was very quiet. The supermarket was just a short walk away and the Port and centre 20 minutes walk meaning you did not have to worry about driving and parking.

Spacious house in Cavalaire sur Mer

The house had lots of room for our family of four. The kitchen was well organized and stocked with utensils. The air conditioning in the bed rooms worked well and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved to cool down in the pool. There were two nights with loud music in the neighborhood at night because of parties or music performances during our one week stay, but that maybe something that only happens in high season. Just note you need to pay 10€ per set for towels (bath and hand) or bring your own.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Im Haus fehlte es uns an nichts. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Grill auf der Terrasse ist Klasse. Der Pool ist beheizt. Waschmaschine und Trockner können genutzt werden. Supermarkt und Strand sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison charmante, accueillante, très propre, moderne, bien équipée, située dans un quartier très calme, bien que proche du centre ville, avec une piscine parfaitement placée au soleil, mais avec une terrasse offrant plein d’espaces ombragés. einfach nur wunderbar!

Das Haus von Manuel ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Alles super sauber, toll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles da. Besonders gefallen hat uns natürlich der tolle Pool, der abends beleuchtbar ist. Der Grill auf der Terrasse funktioniert super, wir konnten jeden Abend draußen essen. Michele hat uns Das Haus übergeben und alles gezeigt, wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Wir fanden, dass das Haus noch schöne ist, als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Toll, dass das Auto in der Einfahrt sicher stehen konnte. Der nahe Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, sehr schön umfasst von Felsen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch der Strand Cigaro, der in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder!
