Wake up, grab a cup of coffee and head to the front deck for a perfect start to the day as the sun rises over the ocean horizon. Step back inside, grab a seat and settle into the wide open family room featuring a full length wall of windows providing a panoramic view of the ocean. Breath deep and feel the tension leave your body.

Ready for the beach? Grab your chair and your cooler, walk 300 yards and find your favorite spot on the beach. Don't worry, it will be there everyday, just for you. So close, you can see the house from the beach. Head back to the house and cool off with an outdoor shower, have a cookout on the gas grill and challenge the family to a friendly game of cornhole. Community pool and tennis courts are available to all guests.

Ready to finish the day with a gorgeous sunset? Just step out on the back deck or sunroom overlooking the Cape Hatteras National Park and Roanoke Sound and soak up the beauty only the Outer Banks can provide.

Completely updated in 2020, the upstairs master bedroom provides a relaxing retreat as the kids take advantage of the flat screen TV in the downstairs game room. When they are ready, three updated bedrooms ensure they recharge their batteries.

The Four C's caters to families and friends. We do not permit spring breakers, teen parties, or young adult groups.

Guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve our home. Those reserving must read and agree to the entirety of the rental contract prior to making the first payment AND be present during the entire stay. Completing the initial payment signifies that you have completely read the rental agreement as well as have a full understanding of and are in full agreement to the rental contract.

Due to the vulnerable nature of the Outer Banks weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances, we do RECOMMEND purchasing FULL TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE. Not all policies cover everything. Be sure you select a policy that covers any and all days of your stay including mandatory evacuations that may happen just prior to, as well as DURING, your stay. The default CSA policies offered through this website only cover if you cancel PRIOR to date of arrival! Protect yourself. We truly feel terrible when guests' stays are interrupted or have to be cancelled especially due to hurricane/storm related events. Choose a police that fits you needs. We do not endorse or recommend any specific policy or company.

This is a beautiful home directly across from a beach access. My family and I had an amazing time and the accommodations matched our exact needs. The home owners stayed connected and available throughout our visit and provided insight into area attractions through both email communication and a binder on site. Every bit of the stay met our needs. Would highly recommend 4 C’s for your vacation rental and we would stay here again.

Our stay at the Four Cs was wonderful. Nikki and Brian were very helpful with everything from traffic, to checking in, restaurant and shop recommendations. The house was very clean and comfortable in addition to the close proximity to the beach. It had everything we needed to cook at home and was perfect for 6 adults. Such a beautiful area to visit and we would be happy to come back and stay at the Four Cs in the future!

Great house, great location, wonderful vacation

This was a perfect house for our vacation. Communication with the owner was very fast and responsive. The house is well appointed with relaxing themes, well stocked kitchen, and a couple of areas to escape for some peace & quiet. Great views from the front and rear decks. The location is also great; I more than a 3 mins walk to the beach. Convenient to the shops in Nags Head and Jockeys Ridge. A 10 minute bike ride to Bodie Island lighthouse.

The house is in a great location and is in immaculate condition. Nikki and Brian are extremely gracious and helpful owners. There is a crosswalk about 10 feet from the driveway that takes you to a beautiful public beach with a lifeguard, easy peasy. Had everything we needed and then some. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The perfect vacation home!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! This home is completely updated and has so much space for the entire family. Four spacious bedrooms, a beautiful family room and so much more! Very clean, perfect kitchen and amazing views. Beautiful decks and less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. The owners were super helpful and offered great recommendations. An amazing week!

We were looking for a much needed relaxing vacation at the beach and the 4Cs accommodations exceeded our expectations! The house was clean and beautiful. The linens provided came in a sealed bag straight from their linen provider, which was a nice touch as you knew your linens were clean. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The house is a 2 min walk to the beach. The views were great and the house was extremely comfortable and allowed for a fun-filled week with our two boys. 10/10 vacation, would highly recommend and will return. Nikki’s home is comfortable and well stocked. We found everything we needed from dish soap to toilet paper to beach umbrellas. The couch and beds are very comfortable, just as you would want on vacation. The space was just perfect for our family of 6 to spread out but spend lots of quality time together. Nikki was always responsive by text and had lots of suggestions of things to do! She is very gracious. You are renting a home, not an empty box from a vacation rental company.

THE Best Nags Head Vacation EVER

I can't say enough good things about Nikki and Brian and their wonderful Four C's vacation home. Reviews go a long way for me and when I came across Four C's and saw nothing but 5 star reviews I knew it was special. From the moment I booked I began receiving communication from Nikki and everything was so easy. She knows how hard travel days can be for vacation and went out of her way to make things incredibly smooth for us. Four C's is a beautiful vacation home. The pictures are lovely but the real thing is just beautiful. With bright natural light everywhere you almost don't have to go outside to enjoy the environment around. And with a beautiful home you want it to be nice and clean and this place is off the charts pristine. And with so many VRBO's you can get saddled with long lists of rules and things you need to do to maintain the property. Nothing like that with Four C's just show up and relax. The location is incredible. No traffic at all on the street between the home and beach access and perfectly situated to get to the beach with no trouble at all. And with six of us all on different schedules you didn't need to worry about the kids going back and forth to the home because it is so close by. And the beach in this part of town is wide open and beautiful. Nikki and Brian have worked very hard to create a great and memorable experience for any family they host at Four C's. Our stay was exceptional across the board and all thanks are due to the wonderful owners.

Great house! Great Location!

We recently returned from our trip to Nags Head and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 4cs is a great house in a great location. Several porches provide breathless views and the walk to the beach is less than 2 mins. Nikki and Brian were responsive and friendly and would periodically check in with us to ensure our stay was comfortable. If we decide to return to Nags Head in the future, we will definitely be staying at the 4cs.

A wonderful home in a great location. A beautiful beach right across the road.

We had a great stay at the 4 C's! Sunrises and sunsets from multiple decks. Amazing views. You can see, hear and smell the ocean from the front deck. A short walk across the street and you're in the sand. Property was beautiful. A very unique layout with amazing views from the main living room. Bedrooms and all comfy and overall the place was perfect for our 2 families of 4. Nikki was in constant contact and a pleasure to communicate with. If we go back to Nags Head we will absolutely be staying here!

The entire home was extremely clean!! The home was very updated, had all the kitchen utensils you need to cook any meal! We will definitely be staying here again!! Enjoyed our stay at Four Cs

The house was as illustrated, clean, nicely updated and in a great location! Nikki was helpful with any questions or needs we had. She also provides some of the basic essentials to get you started until you can get to the grocery store, such as toilet paper, a few trash bags and paper towels. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. And they are continuing to make improvements to the house in the off season. We enjoyed our stay so much me plan to come back next summer!

Wonderful vacation home

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful clean house with easy, great beach access. Best place in South Nags Head

I have stayed at 6 properties in South Nags and the Four C's is by far the nicest place I have stayed. The inside was recently redone and looks great. The owners were great to work with and were very responsive. Beds, pillows and blankets all seemed new. The couch was perfect and the windows and sliding door on the top floor provided an excellent view. We will be back!

Nags Head Gem!

We love this little community in Nags Head and this house was a great upgrade for our trip this year. The house has clean and updated finishes and is super comfortable. The light, view, and windows from the kitchen/family room are awesome. So are the 3 full baths plus an outdoor shower. Ever been in that squeaky, old, rental beach house bed?…Yeah, not here….you’ll actually get restful sleep! My three favorite things about this house: 1) Juncos beach access is right across the street and the beach doesn’t get crowded. 2) Sunsets on the back porch are prime for a cold drink and a conversation. Leave your phone inside! 3) The sound of the rain on the upper rear facing windows in the event that you have a rain day. It drove me straight to sleep one afternoon.

Nikki and Brian live in NJ with their dog and two cats. Our two children attend the University of Maryland. We are active beach lovers who enjoy making memories with friends and family in South Nags Head whenever possible.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been renting in OBX for years. In 2017, we rented a home on the same block as The Four C's and immediately made a personal connection with this section of South Nags Head. So quiet, very little traffic, so different than any other town we stayed. A crazy short walk to the beach, great family neighborhood, amazing sunsets and spectacular views overlooking Hatteras National Park. We fell in love and found the place we wanted to stay. We hope you agree!

What makes this property unique

The best beach view on the block. For some reason, the dunes are lower at Juncos Beach than surrounding beaches. Combined with beach access right across the street, The Four C's provides relaxing ocean views (and sounds) from the front porch. Completely remodeled in 2019, we opened up the whole front of the house so guests can enjoy panoramic views from the comfort of the family room and dining room table. Step out on the back deck and grab some afternoon sun and catch the best sunsets in OBX.

A Nags Head tradition, Fish Heads pier and bar is a short walk or quick ride away. Jump in the car and visit the famous Bodie Lighthouse (visible from the back deck). Grab dinner in Manteo, or schedule a deep-sea fishing or dolphin tour in nearby Wanchese. Whatever your mood, The Four C's delivers!
