Right on the beach, fantastic views of the ocean and convenient to everywhere you want to go ! We have been vacationing at OBX for 25 years and this is now in our top three places to stay! Thank you so much, we hope to be back soon!

Property is lovely- clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated and includes many amenities such as a completely stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and amazing views from the balcony. Had a wonderful time here.One little glitch, the elevator was not working again (probably due to the recent storm) and even with the luggage lift, it was a bit of a hardship for us (two 75 year olds) However still worth the stay and we hope to return to this particular unit next year.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we'll probably go back again next year - the location of the property is ideal and our oceanfront views there are unbelievable! The unit is nicely and tastefully decorated and also well-equipped - the property managers, a husband and wife team were available and on the property daily. The pools and showers were clean and well-maintained. They've had issues with the elevator but had an outside technician working on it while we were there - in the meantime there were working metal basket lifts to bring our luggage up to our floor.

Great spot for little kids. Beach and ocean views were excellent. Access to the beach was excellent. Sux about the elevator being out of service but, the lifts made it easy to get luggage up. Pricing could be more affordable for what you’re getting size wise. Overall would recommend if you have small kids.

We enjoyed our weekend. The condo has a beautiful oceanfront view. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The elevator did not work . That was very disappointing as that is an ammenity we needed. I wish I had been told prior to our stay. I did find out the 2nd day that there was a lift to use for luggage to use when we checked out. Overall it is a nice place and I would stay there again, if the elevator gets fixed.

Rest and relaxation-just what we needed. We had a great time art Pierview! Great view of the sunrises and the big waves with Huricane Erin offshore.the pool is a nice amenity too!
