Summary:
Welcome to PierView, Unit 306! A Direct Oceanfront condo in the beautiful town of Nags Head, North Carolina! Enjoy direct ocean views from this well-appointed two bedroom, two bath condo.

Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size and twin-size bed in the second bedroom. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access and a well-maintained people elevator to bring you to and from this third floor unit (fourth if counting the pull under parking spaces). Two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space are also available for your enjoyment.

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.

The unit is conveniently located within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. We’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Great location with a lovely view of the beach. The owners were very communicative, especially making sure we were aware of the elevator situation (not working). The place was very clean and kitchen was reasonably well stocked, as beach rentals go. We did have to buy dishwasher soap, as the place came with only one pod. (That said, we didn't ask for more) The master bath shower is very large, but with a huge step up and a climb over the side of the jacuzzi. Beach access threw us a bit - it seemed that we were meant to walk over a dune, with signs saying not to walk on the dunes. But these were minor issues. Overall, I would recommend it.

Communication w/ host was excellent. Emails were prompt and very detailed. Also really loved the onsite managers, they were able to get us in early and were very quick to respond to emails. Location - fabulous (if you love direct ocean front, and really, who doesn't?) The walk up the stairs was pretty intense, especially with the WIND when we were there, but we knew about that as it was clearly noted in the listing. The lift for luggage was a life-saver and they were working on the elevator when we were there. The dishwasher could be replaced, we ended up hand washing, drying, as the first load didn't clean as expected. The bathtub in the BR could be updated as well. It would also be great to have a good broom on premises; us mid-westerners aren't used to sand! The only other thing, and this is important, is to have functioning screens on the patio doors. It would have been nice to open the doors for that fresh ocean air. (no screen in BR, the LR one wouldn't function properly.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn't ideal.

Overlooking the ocean

Great stay at Pierview. Location is close to restaurants and is a central location to explore the Outer Banks. Balcony views are breathtaking.

Great location and great property. We contacted the property manager when we realized the coffee maker was broken and they brought a replacement quickly. Easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable.

Relaxing Getaway

This unit was clean, well taken care of and comfortable. Great ocean view as well. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our time here. The fireplace is decorative only, a little disappointing. Great location, great views and we look forward to returning in the future.

PierView in February

I have for the last several years taken a February vacation to Nags Head, NC and my preferred place to stay is PierView. I enjoy South Nags Head. Mike and Lisa are great on-site managers.They are friendly, helpful and available if you have any questions or concerns.

Great little condo

We were very happy with the property. The unit was better than we expected to be honest. The balcony size was a surprise, being fairly large for a condo of this type. Overall, great stay and we'll be back.
