This is one of the best places I've stayed in many visits to France. The location is amazing. The facilities can't be improved upon. The host communicates extremely well and is very friendly. There's so much to do in the area with Geneva, Mt Blanc, Annecy, Col de Madeline all with in an easy drive. Sitting in the sun looking up at the château dwarfed by the immense cliffs above or across the valley to the Massif Bauge with its snow topped crests with a cup of good coffee just can't be beaten. I can't taste this place highly enough.

Perfect for Us

The gite is perfect and just like you can see in the photos. My son is a wheelchair user and this house is perfect, the owners have really thought about proper disabled access which is very rare. Having a property that is fully wheelchair accessible makes all the difference to us. It allows my son to fully enjoy the house and his holiday without the usual battles wheelchair users face every day. The area was also perfect for us with a tremendous dedicated bike path running through the valley which is perfect for my son's handbike. There is also a really great and quiet community swimming pool just a short drive away and also a small local lake that is perfect for swimming or paddleboarding and lifeguarded all-day. We have already booked again for next year.

Maison moderne tres jolie,pratique et confortable. Le village est tres calme au depart de nombreuses rando : chateau de Miolans, lac de grésy, cascades et points de vues.Laurent est très accueillant , nous reviendrons dans ce très beau site.

Fantastisk flot hus og skønt ophold

Vi ankom til huset og da gps har svært ved at finde adressen, var de meget hjælpsomme over telefonen til at guide os. Værterne var venlige og imødekommende. Der manglede intet og det var et super flot sted. Vi nød vores ophold i skønne omgivelser. Kan klart anbefales.

Les propriétaires sont disponibles et en même temps discrets. Nous avons adoré le gîte et l'endroit...calme et repos, bien situé pour les randonnées...

Magnifique gîte

Laurent et son épouse sont particulièrement accueillants et disponibles. Le gîte est très agréable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel, rien ne manque. Au pied du col de frêne, vous êtes à 25 min d'une magnifique vallée idéale pour y randonner et vous rendre aux stations de Margeriaz. Merci encore pour votre accueil.
