Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the beds you used unmade. Leave all used towels, washcloths etc., in the bathtub.
Depart by 11 a.m. unless you have made special arrangements with us; our cleaners need to prep for the next guest.
Lock sliding doors and ensure dowels are in place. Lock the door and test to ensure it locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Condo

We had a great time staying here. The condo was stocked with everything we needed— including a pack n play. The grounds and pools made for a fun and convenient getaway for our young family!

Wonderful Condo!

The home is decorated very cute, all the furniture is comfortable. The host was lovely to work with & we very much enjoyed having such a cozy place to relax while in St George!

We enjoyed this apartment. The balcony has a great view into the valley where you see both red rocks and what we called snow mountains. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Highly recommend

Lovely property, great hostess!

Property was clean and well stocked. Although we stayed in February, were still able to enjoy most of the amenities at the property. Great for all ages, I had ages 1 to 17 with me. Host was prompt with communication and super helpful in all aspects. Great location, will consider in the future again.

Kids loved it

We had a great stay here! The kids loved it!! We thought that the place was well taken care of! The weather was really windy so with Las Palmas having an indoor pool it made it so that we could still enjoy the water! And all their pools are heated! Our kids were begging to stay longer and are already wanting to book another stay! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Great for mini vaycay with kids!

This place was amazing. The property itself is awesome with having so many pool options, a park, some ball courts. The condo had so many amazing amenities that made it an easy stay with small kids such as: Large building block toys, pack & play, booster chair for eating, TV with roku, comfy couch, books, board games, blowups for the pool, the bathtub was huge, extra blankets, tons of towels for the pool and the bath, kids plastic dishes, an outstanding view from the balcony that connects to both rooms and more. We really loved our stay and have talked about reguarly coming back once or twice a year as a getaway. Our only complaint really is that the queen bed mattress was a little uncomfy. Though overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great place, best view in town

Yes, the condo was great. Clean, comfortable bed, well stocked, 75" TV ! But what makes this place stand out is that has the best view in town. The back deck faces due north. Look right for the sunrise. Look left for the sunset. Look forward and the view OVER the city with the red rock mountains in the distance is amazing. But the key is that the covered deck itself is always in the shade so it is comfortable all day long. We ate every meal outside enjoying the view. The complex is well maintained with a walking path around the outside that is just short of one mile and is great for jogging in the morning. And there is the choice of three pools. We loved the two weeks we spent here and would recommend it to anyone coming to St. George.

Perfect Vacation!

Such a great weekend! My family, 4 kids aged 2-13, had the best time staying here. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, updated and cold (the AC worked perfect in over 100 degree weather)! The 3 pools were great. The clubhouse with the splash pad and waterslides entertained everyone. The family pool was a great escape from the heat with large palm trees providing shade. The host was wonderful to work with and was so accommodating to our needs. They even had kid stuff like a portable crib and booster seat to make it easy to feel at home. We will definitely be back!

With a family that likes to travel near and far, we wanted a place of our own in fabulous St. George, but didn't want to let the amazing condo go unused between our visits, so we're sharing it with other southern Utah enthusiasts who appreciate the great outdoors, family time, or just a place to sit by the pool and unwind. Besides loving my role as wife and mother to 3, I also like gardening, jogging, and my adorable 3 lb. Pomeranian, Neko!
