Dear Guests, let us introduce our "Mermaid" studio!
This studio is a private, compact, above-garage guest suite, with a private entrance upstairs from the (shared with our family) backyard. The Mermaid suite is ideal for a couple, features a King bed! Guests have their own sitting area on the deck and are welcome to share with us the underground pool. Easy, ample free parking. Breathtaking pine forest outdoor views. Free wi-fi, Netflix, Hulu apps on smart TV included!
Our home is located on the 2.5 acres of quiet and relaxed woody-side of St Augustine surrounded by natural spaces on SR-207, within a short drive of I-95. It is also conveniently close to all of St Augustine's historical old town activities, trendy St Augustine Outlets and just minutes drive to our amazing beaches, shopping, and award-winning dining.

The Mermaid Suite is an entirely private studio with bath, comes with coffee/tea, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and portable electric burner. It is connected to the water softener/purifier, so you get clean water right out the faucet.

Easy, ample free parking. Breathtaking pine forest outdoor views. Comfortable bed with organic cotton linens, well-organized kitchenette, and all the small appliances you need for a comfortable stay. Free wi-fi, Netflix, Hulu apps on smart TV included!
Because you are sharing the backyard with owners and another unit, it is essential that guests respect others. House rules are enforced!
Guests share the pool and outdoor spaces with the host's family and another guest unit, but not the interior spaces! You can spend evenings outside on the porch, enjoy tranquility while sipping wine, and listen to singing birds.

Also, please note that we do not provide any personal AC controllers inside the unit. There is central AC for the whole house, controlled online by the host; it is set up for 72-74 degrees for summertime and 69-72 degrees for wintertime.

We have many scheduled weekly services like cleaning, landscaping, gardening, pest control, garbage disposal, and more. So, during your stay, the host or co-host and some technicians can come into your front yard or backyard for their duties. Please don't be scared of them, and let them keep the provided amenities in good shape. Unfortunately, we cannot tell the guests the exact time. Nobody will enter your unit without your permission.

We live on the property full time you'll likely see us out in the back yard hanging out, watering the plants or doing chores. And of course you will share with us pool and our big backyard.
We can interact as much or as little as you like.

Just minutes away, enjoy happy hour at Ice Plant Dining & Vintage Bar or pick up some fine items at Diane’s Natural Market. We’re confident that you’ll love the St. Augustine lifestyle. If you care to venture a bit further, you’ll have close access to I-95 for easy travel. Take a quick day trip to the city of Jacksonville just forty miles north.
