Guests are texted pass for length of stay. A lockbox outside the lobby entrance has Unit 306 room key& fob. The access code will be texted the day of checkin. Also has fitness center, heated lap pool, a Lazy River pool, tennis & pickle ball courts. Close to the beaches, golf clubs, and historic downtown St. Augustine, oldest city in the USA. Complimentary coffee/tea, bottled water. Many towels, washer & dryer, inflatable air mattress if needed, size Queen & Twin. AT&T Fiber wifi, 2 smart TV’s, free parking, luggage carts in pull up lobby. Beautifully maintained grounds, very quiet peaceful setting. Minimal traffic.
