Just perfect

We stayed here back in April and everything went smoothly and as planned. Nice gated community, nice relaxing condo space with a nice view of the pool and Jacuzzi. Quiet at night. Everything worked out well.

Great Place - Great Location

The property is great - very clean with community pool and hot tub. Great location if you're interested in visiting Jacksonville and/or St. Augustine and/or St. Augustine beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and ability to get to the St. Augustine beaches easily.

Like a private luxury retreat

Fabulous retreat… super clean, comfortable bed, palm trees aplenty, huge pool with fountain, hot tub with waterfall, great AC, plus spa/massage on premises. If you want a place to relax, this is it! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Property manager was great in making sure I was comfortable. The bed was awesome and the relaxing pool view was great! Enjoyed the hot tub and the clean property grounds. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

What a beautiful property. very clean. Easy check in and check out process. Golf courses were close. Owner was fantastic with communications, gave us suggestions for restaurants. The pool area was So relaxing....Will definitely be using this property again

Wonderful Golf Community Condo

We spent the weekend at this condo for a wedding. The condo is immaculate and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was quick. The condo overlooks a wonderful community pool.

Great place to stay

The condo was very clean and appealing. The pool balcony view was beautiful. It is very quiet and we enjoyed the stay. Only suggestion I could make to improve would be to let future tenants know that only 1 washcloth and handtowel per person and only 1 kitchen washcloth and kitchen towel is provided. I had to wash daily to have a clean face and hand towel. That is quite a waste of water resources as well with only 4 to 6 items per load for 2 people. Outside that everything was wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Perfect Location for Golf

My daughter and I recently stayed at this property for her to attend golf camp. It was wonderful! Everything is as depicted. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Laterra is absolutely beautiful… And while there always seemed to be a good number of people at the pool, it was still quiet and peaceful. The property is secure, in that there is the guard shack that you have to check in with for entry (everytime)and numerous places on site where a key fob is required for access. It felt safe which is great if you’re traveling alone. We definitely hope to return next year!

An experience to remember.

Every year when it comes time to book our stay, my wife and I are very concern about where we will end up. We are not regular Hotel type of people, we prefer private accommodation. We had a not too pleasant experience with our stay in St. Augustine last year and we were not ready yo repeat it. After many searches we come across this listing and right away we knew that was the one. We had a great time from beginning to the end. All the instructions were precise. The place is very clean and well maintained, and its close to everything.. We took a lot of pictures there.

5 Stars - Exceptional Stay at World Golf Resort Condo

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in the World Golf Resort, Florida. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how impeccably clean and well-maintained everything was. The pictures in the listing are 100% accurate, and if anything, the actual experience surpassed my expectations. The view of the pool from the condo is simply beautiful, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of golfing or exploring the area. A special shoutout to the staff at the spa downstairs. They were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their helpfulness and the extra services and amenities they provided truly enhanced our stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the World Golf Resort. I'll definitely be returning! -Matt

In 2018 I met Dan on a dating app. I lived in Nashville and he lived in St. Augustine. Upon deciding to get married, we each loved where we were from. We ultimately decided to do both! We live in Nashville, but bought two condos right next to each other here at Laterra to visit as often as we like and ultimately have as our own family vacation spot. (Together we have 6 grown children). We love making memories playing in the pool with our grand- daughter and celebrating Dan’s 50th birthday and other special times here. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home.
