Once you return from your outing this comfortable king size bed will be waiting for you to relax in a serene setting. We do have amazing amenities at your disposal consisting of three pools, one heated. There’s a private community park and recreation for the entire family located within the King and the Bear complex.

Great lication

The unit was great and communication with owners was quick. I recommend this location for ease of driving to St Augustine or to Jacksonville.

Relaxing Get Away

Very clean, cozy, well decorated studio. Very comfortable bed and quality linens. Beautiful grounds and pool. Great place for golf get away. Jayson was an excellent host and very responsive. Would definitely stay in one of Jayson’s properties again.
